okay the lcd screen keeps blinking on and off what should i do? what happened to it? i just unplugged it from the usb but yea i forgot to eject first.. and now its just dead HELPP

Try Resetting your iPod. Hold down the MENU and SELECT (centre) buttons for five or ten seconds until you see the Apple logo appear.
If that doesn't fix it work your way through the standard troubleshooting steps: The 5Rs Tutorial

Are you putting in the address where the bank sends the monthly statement?
Apple's servers are very picky about the format of the address. If you live in the USA, then the server is expecting the style that the US Postal Service uses. One way to do this is to use the USPS ZIP Code lookup service;

Enter the address to look up the ZIP code and then copy the exact USPS output into your iTunes account information.

My iphone 3G will not turn on HELPP!! need files!

This phone survived a grossly encounter with the toilet twice! Just about had it once the glass cracked. System still worked fine other than the top on button. That would get sticky sometimes. So i just left it off to "rest" deal with it when i was ready. Now 4 months later im ready!! Its not turning on all all =''[
I tried pressing the home& on button together for 10-20 seconds.
Doing that AND pluging it into the dock
Charging it for 20 mins & trying again.
Charging it in the computer (nothing comes up on itunes) and a charger in the wall....
This has been the past 2 days. I try, fail, let it rest, come back a few hrs later, try and fail again =[

I assume you didn't have iCloud/PhotoStream turned on and/or you didn't copy the pics to your computer? Apple won't do anything to retrieve your photos from you iPhone. There are 3rd party forensic companies that might be able to, at a substantial cost. Google for them.

You can only sync with one ITunes library. It you switch iTunes library iTunes will erase the iPod and replace it contents with what is in the library of the new computer.

Helpp ITUNES wont download on my computer!!!

Helpp ITUNES wont download on my computer for some reason whn i download the newest version or any version of itunes to my computer the file shows up as itunes.mpkg and the icon is just a blank paper... any ideas what could be wrong?

So which is it, iTunes will not download or will not install? They are two seperate processes.
No one can offer relevant solutions if the user cannot or will not clarify what the issue truly is.

looks like problem with the .nth file or them file, if you have downloaded it from the nokia website, it will work fine. Else you can on and off your phone with the theme on, if that too doesnt work, junk the theme

Wont let me download music from itunes to my ipod.. HELPP !

ok when i connect my ipod to itunes it comes up but it doesnt download any of the new music that i downloaded from itunes music store. and then like after a few minutes it says its complete but theres no new music downloaded onto it.. pleasee help me i need music on my ipodd !!!

How is the iPod set up to sync with iTunes?
Do you have it set to 'Manual update' or just specific Playlists for example.
Connect the iPod and then have a look at the iTunes preferences, specifically those for the iPod and Music. Make sure you are not limiting your music transfers to something that does not include your new music.

My ipod touch's PhotoStream photos not retained after an icloud backup restore??? HELPP !!

So just yesterday I reset my ipod touch 4g into factory settings by deleting all the content on it just because I had encountered some technical issues before that, but then after I had activated my ipod touch again and initiated a restore from an icloud backup, I noticed that the photostream feature was on but WITHOUT its previous contents that were there when I made the backup on icloud ! so why is this ?!! im confused ... only my cameraroll content was restored. Photostream feature was there but the window just says "NO PHOTOS". how can this even be?! i mean, it was with its content when i made the backup on icloud ! -_- and more interestingly, on my iphone 5(my other idevice), photostream can be found with all its content, but on my ipod touch 4g , the photostream has lost all its content after the factory reset cuz apparently icloud can't back up photostream content. SO plz suggest me what i should do to sort this out and recover my photostream content on my ipod touch 4g.. and TELL me how photostream all works.. THNX

That said... PhotoStream is a stream of photos. The contents of the PhotoStream are not part of the backup. PhotoStream will hold the last 30 days of photos on-line. After 30 days, the photos are deleted from the servers. If they have already been downloaded from the cloud and appear on a device, they will remain there. However... if the device is wiped, restored, etc. or PhotoStream on the device is turned off then back on, ONLY the photos still resident in the cloud will download.
If the photos were over 30 days old, they are no longer in the cloud. If you didn't have them backed up elsewhere, they are gone.

Portal runtime error, custom logon page HElpp

I'm new to EP, please kindly help me to solve my problem
I've read so many topic about this, but I still can't understand what I'm supposed to do.
I want to change umHelpPage, so I download by using system administration -> support -> support desk -> portal runtime -> browse deployment -> root -> web-inf -> portal ->portalapps -> com.sap.runtime.logon
Then, download and I make certain changes in UmHelpPage, directly in winzip,without extract it. Save, and then change .zip to .par, by using system administration -> support -> support desk -> portal runtime -> administratioin console -> upload -> com.sap.runtime.logon.par
At first, after I upload the com.sap.runtime.logon, all of my jsp files are missing. And then I'm facing the following error :

Previously, I have backed up my com.sap.runtime.login.par in my local. After several times trying to upload , my jsp files still missing. Then, I tried to copied them manually one by one, from my original backup to folder /irj/root/web-inf/portal/portalapps using unix. But, the error still exists.
I also download .bak one in the pcd directory and renamed in .par and upload it again, but it doesn't make any changes.
I've also checked the .jar files. In my lib folder I have 2 files :
- com.sap.runtime.logon.logon_api.jar
- umelogonbase.jar
but i don't have the com.sap.runtime.logon.logon_core.jar one. Is the file also important ? if so, in which directory I can have it?
Please tell me, what I have to do ?
I have original back up in my local, and seems like I accidentaly erase the original one in the portal.

Pixel Aspect Ratio Issues-FCP HELPP!!!

Okay folks, so currently I am putting together my reel in FCP, however I am encountering a few issues. So my source formats are different in pixel aspect ratio, some was shot on the 7D, some on the Alexa, and some on super 16mm, and a few after effects animations. However all of it is HD, and in ProresHQ 422. My problem here is when I import all of my media into FCP if the timeline is set to square pixels, the HD(1440x1080) footage looks squished, and if I set the timeline to HD(1440x1080) the square pixel footage looks blocky, pixelated and super square.
That said, some of the footage from the 7D is labelled as square and some is labelled as HD(1440x1080), and all the after effects stuff is square.
Right now i am dealing with it and just leaving my timeline as green-preview render, so everything looks mostly normal. However whichever format is not that of the timeline, the footage is degraded a tiny bit, so that when I pause the footage it looks great, but in preview it is slightly blurry.
My question is, is there a way to format everything as either square or HD(1440x1080), so it looks normal, or is there a way to use mixed media formats and not have the preview blur. I'm going crazy over here, as I just graduated and am in dire need of a reel so I can begin to apply for jobs, etc....Or is there a way to formate my prores setting to transform everything to square pixels?

You can use compressor to convert everything to square pixels, however there's no need to worry about how it looks in fcp when it's playing but not fully rendered. Try exporting a short section (mark an in and out around the section - and going file: export: quicktime Not quicktime conversion) with current settings. If you render the material, it should look fine when you play it within fcp. Unfortunately, the render settings in the sequence menu are not particularly intuitive, but do a little playing around with them if you've got the time.
I prefer to convert all my sources to my intended pixel dimensions, frame rate and codec before I edit in fcp, but it may not be necessary in your case.

I want to factory reset my MacBook Pro to delete EVERYTHING in there and start from scratch but it won't work! HELPP!

I have a MacBook Pro and I have A LOT of files in there which I don't need anymore. And it's too much to sit and do it one by one so I want to completely reset it to factory settings. I tried booting it from the OS X CD by holding C during startup but it won't work. It just gets stuck on the white or gray screen with the apple logo. Nothing else. I'm assuming that it's because the software version on the Mac is 10.6.8 but the boot disk I'm using is 10.6.3? But I'm not sure.
I also tried booting the CD with holding the option key and choosing the disk, same problem.
Opening Disk Utility while regularly logged in, won't let me delete.
Also tried changing the setting of what to boot in on startup, still gets frozen on the apple logo.
Please what can I do to fix this and delete everything?

Clean Install of Snow Leopard
     1. Boot the computer using the Snow Leopard Installer Disc. Insert the disc into the
         optical drive and restart the computer. After the chime press and hold down the
         "C" key. Release the key when you see a small spinning gear appear below the
         dark gray Apple logo.
     2. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue
         button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu.
         After DU loads select the hard drive entry from the left side list (mfgr.'s ID and drive
         size.) Click on the Partition tab in the DU main window. Set the number of
         partitions to one (1) from the Partitions drop down menu, set the format type to Mac
         OS Extended (Journaled, if supported), then click on the Partition button.
     3. When the formatting has completed quit DU and return to the installer. Proceed
         with the OS X installation and follow the directions included with the installer.
     4. When the installation has completed your computer will Restart into the Setup
         Assistant. Be sure you configure your initial admin account with the exact same
         username and password that you used on your old drive. After you finish Setup
         Assistant will complete the installation after which you will be running a fresh
         install of OS X. You can now begin the update process by opening Software
         Update and installing all recommended updates to bring your installation current.
