HelpViewr

Hi,
from few weeks I've trouble with HelpViewer in my MacMini 10.6.8, on each help application I see only a blank page and sometime I see an error message as:
In console there are message like that:
02/07/11 23:17:06       HelpViewer[341] Request to helpd for book with
identifier 'Aiuto Safari' returned NULL.
02/07/11 23:17:06       HelpViewer[341] Couldn't find book with this ID:
Aiuto Safari
I've already try with all tips mentioned here:
http://www.thexlab.com/faqs/helpviewer.html
But no success...
Have you got any suggest?
