Here goes. My iPod touch has all my songs on it. I have changed computers several times and iTunes has a library of similar but not as many songs as iPod. When I plug iPod in ans go to sync it says that iTunes library will replace iPod songs.

So, iTunes/Windows thinks another drive is the iPod, and errors out because that drive is not formatted as expected (for an iPod). The solution, in the document linked above, is to change the iPod's assigned drive letter. -

Since Maverick update, when I try to share a video I get Error 1 and a frame number. I have duplicated the project and tried to share. I have deleted all rendered files and then render again. I deleted all rendered and then tried to share it before rendering. Nothing works. I shared the project a couple of weeks ago and was fine. I only changed a small clip and can't share to burn a dvd.
What software version? What computer?
Trash preferences. Switch off background rendering. Trash project and event render files. Do not render. Export. Do not do anything on the computer during export. Make sure App Nap is switched off in the Finder. -
Motherboard went in my g5 desktop so i go my hard drive extracted with all my data..I now have an ibook g4 laptop running off OSX 10.4.11 and am trying to get Garageband working but get this message: The Instrument Library is invalid. GarageBand expects a valid Instrument Library folder?

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
Where it says place the iPod in recovery mode use this program:
RecBoot: Easy Way to Put iPhone into Recovery Mode
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons.. -

This error is the reason I am listening to free music on Spotify, instead of the expensive music I buy from you allizzyjay.... I am having the exact same experience you are with Itunes.... everything worked fine in Itunes version 10.5 but has gone south with something they have done to quicktime.... it has further messed up the connection to AppleTV as well.... another upgrade that seems to break everything..... just to test out my theory I opened quicktime separately and navigated to my movies directory and tried to play a movie directly .... it won't play.... or even appear as a playable file..... I think they have screwed around with this separation of quicktime and Itunes and basically broken everything.
Try to reinstall version 10.5 Itunes and 7.7.1 of quicktime, which seem to work correctly -
Also, it shutdown unexpectedly when I was using an application. I use it regularly.
Have you tried plugging the charger into a different electrical outlet?

My iPad won't sink with my computer. I continually receive this message: "iTunes was unable to load data class information from Sync Services. Reconnect or try again later." I have tried this over a number of days and receive the same message. Any suggestions??

I have just had to change my apple ID on the apploid site and that worked. I got an email to verify and did so. Yet when I try to use my iPad to purchase it is still showing my old ID so I can't make a purchase through ITunes or apps. I have gone on my ID account a number of times and the new one does work to sign in. I can't work out how to get my IPad to recognise this change or edit in manually through the IPad
If the old ID ("email address") is your ID, and if your new ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Can anyone help? I am unable to log into ICloud. When I type in my ID and password it comes back with 'incorrect password' I have changed the password several times but it doesn't help. strangely i can use my paswod to buy buy Itunes music but not for Icloud. Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved.
