Here maps: Unable to download portugal for offline...

I am unable to download portugal for offline use. I tried a few other maps and could download them. It gets stuck on "preparing download 0%".
Nokia Lumia 920. Version of here maps is 3.5.487.8, mapdata 8.30.53.110.
It's all very dissapointing since I'm going to Portugal in about 36 hours.
I have been trying to download this map the whole day.

I will make it a little easier for whatever support does exist out there..
I can download other maps fine (tried sweden and belgium).
However I cannot download portugal map, or update any of the downloaded maps I already have.
I tried restarting the phone
I reinstalled the Here maps app
I am 100% sure I have internet connection via WiFi(100mbit fiber). Obviously since I could download other maps.
However just a few minutes ago I was able to update maps and download my portugal maps. I want to mention that I downloaded two other maps while trying and portugal map never worked until just a few minutes ago, neither did updating current maps.

App-V 5.0 SP2 - Unable to download packages for offline use

I have an interesting issue but I can't seem to find anyone else experiencing the same issue.
We have a highly available App-V 5.0 SP2 environment. All of the App-V packages are storaged on a CIFS share. The packages stream from the share just fine and work as expected when streaming.
For some reason, the packages fail to download for offline use (either by setting the autoload registry setting or clicking download in the client UI). When you click download, the link switches to "Stop Download" for about 1 second, then switchesback
to "Download" without downloading the package.
We had the same issue with AppV 5.0 SP1 client as well.
There is no error or information in the event viewer log to explain why it is failing.

Non Windows SMB share? Computer account probably not authenticating.

Hi Jen. My daughter just compleated her nursing program and is now working as a full time nurse. Focus and study hard and soon you will be there too. Now to the problem at hand. I have the same problem. I gave up on it and satisfied myself with my iPod without the upgrade. Reason being I've read so many posts of people having problems after the upgrade. But I'm sure other factors are involved. Nevertheless here is the fix most say works to solve the problem: What ever virus protection you have installed on your computer, disable it. Then try to install the update. After that enable the protection. I had Kaspersky, and it does it's job well. The thinking is, the virus protection is blocking the upgrade. Hope this works. Charlie

Hi, I just bought Lumia 925. Installed my country map with latest version Here maps. I've problem to login to Nokia account, either login by mobile network or WiFi it said network problem. I tried so many time, it same result. For your info I've success to add Nokia account thru account setting, Please help.

That's a pretty broad statement that does not tell us at all about anything that you are experiencing other than you can't download apps. A little more help from you would be useful but start here.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again.

Ovi Maps - unable to download new maps

Hi,
I just updated my X6 to v3.06 of Ovi Maps which deleted all my map data. I have been unable to download the new maps via Ovi suite (the updated version comes up with an error message "Your computer is not connected to internet" when it clearly is! I've also tried getting the maps from the phone but I get a "connection failed" error message when I try. I've access to fast wireless internet so that would be my preferred route for downloading the maps straight to the phone but have always used Ovi suite in the past. No problems at all with the older versions of Ovi suite. I tried looking at the internet settings in Ovi suite but my home provider is not in the list of presets so I entered the settings manually. No luck with that.
Can anyone help please?

If your WLAN is Priority 1 in Internet destinations there is usually no problems.
Are you saying that you can't sign-in to Nokia account via OVI Maps so it just reads "Accounts" not Hello,user name at top right of screen?
If OVI Maps application set to "Online" can you download mapping data to your immediate vicinity by zooming in?

In iOS8 I receive an "Unable to Download Apps" for apps that are no longer in App Store and cannot delete it from iPhone 6, how do I resolve?

I keep receiving an "Unable to Download Apps" error pop-up on my iPhone 6 for two apps. Neither app is in the App Store anymore. I held down the icon/badge for the app but when I click on the "x" to try to delete the app it will not let me because "" cannot be found. I tried to delete it from iTunes but the only selections I have next to the app are "Install" and "Will Install" but no remove. How do I get these banners to stop appearing and my phone to stop trying to download the two apps?? It is sucking my battery down.

Go into iTunes, create a backup without Apps included, and then use that backup on your phone. Fixed the issue for me, and it didn't even seem to remove the apps like I thought it would. If it does remove the apps you can simply redownload them without too much trouble.

Unable to Download keynote for Ipad from app store.

Any suggestions for another viewer for a keynote presentation on my Ipad? I need to do a presentation today and keynote is saying unable to download....

Perhaps it was a display model at one time in the store and someone registered the OS in their name. I would return to the store with the Mac and show them the stranger's name that appears in the Mac App Store when you try to update Lion. Perhaps it is even an employee. Anyway, they need to set this right by you. A new Mac should not have someone else's Apple ID registered into it. That registration sent the unique identifier to Apple for this Mac and registered it to the person's Apple ID. Not cool.

Unable to download software for Q10

I am unable to download the software to my PC for Q10. On the install Blackberry link it stops and gives me an error no.1920 stating "Service blackberry link communication manager (RIM Tunnel Service) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start sytstem services". Can anyone help me with this please. Thank you. L

LR Mobile: Downloading images for Offline Editing stops when not using device (iPad).

Hi everyone,
I'm using Lightroom Mobile on my iPad and I'm having issues downloading my galleries for offline editing. I'd like to hit the download button and leave my iPad for a couple of hours while a couple thousand photos are downloaded, however, as soon as I turn off the iPad and walk away for a bit of time, the sync seems to stop. Case in point: I started it last night before going to bed, left my iPad plugged in, and when I checked it this morning, it had stopped after 50 or 60 photos. It resumed as soon as I turned the iPad back on, which was still in the app.
Anyone else experiencing this? Is this a problem/limitation of iOS or a problem with the app? Any thoughts?

Yeah, Lr mobile behaviour isn't particularly friendly (I'm being very diplomatic) when it comes to off-line editing. The issue is of Adobe's making. So, don't go upsetting the folk at Apple ;-) Best you set your iPad so that it doesn't switch off. Once everything is downloaded you can set it back to auto switch off (assumes you remember).

TS1702 Unable to Download App for New iPad

I'm having trouble downloading apps from app store for my new iPad. It shows "Unable to Download Application, could not be downloaded at this time. Done or Retry". App downloading seems normal for my Macbook. But, every time I download the iPad app from macbook, I only get err:8003. Please help me. I'm having this from the first time I bought the new iPad. Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down (together) for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.

CS5 - unable to download update for PS (12.0.4) or RAW (6.7) - it just says "There was an error downloading this update. Quit and try again later." I've been trying again for a month.

I have no idea what to do.
I stick with CS5 because it does what I need and does not lock me into a financial arrangement over which I have do not have control.
My software is registered. I have used and updated it without problems since I bought it direct from Adobe

If you're trying to update through the Help menu > Updates, you should know that the Adobe auto updater in CS5 and earlier versions is an unmitigated, monumental piece of cr@p. It Is totally unreliably and fails in one or another of a great variety of ways.
Adobe began to get their act together as of CS6, with which I'm staying for exactly the same reason you are staying with CS5.
One has to update manually, by looking for, downloading and applying any and all applicable updates, including the Adobe Camera Raw plug-in which comes separately.
If the latter is what you've been doing, you need to let us know where you are trying to download the update from, what browser you are using to attempt to effect the download, and what platform you are in.
You also need to disable any and all virus protection, and make sure you are not behind any active software or hardware Fire Wall.

Unable to download unpdates for older apps

I got my apps on my iPod with an old e-mail address that I don't use anymore and I just set up my new iPhone4 with a new address. iTunes won't let me update the apps, now. It says that I must update my credit card info, but I am not trying to buy anything, only update. I don't have a credit card any longer, can I switch the e-mail adress to the new one I set up for my new iPhone4, And update my older apps?

I don't know if this will work, but try refreshing your account like this. Sign out of your account, reset the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until the Apple Logo appears on the screen. Let the iPad fully start up.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update or download again.
