Here we go again! Now I am being charged too much ...
After a recently fiasco with call charges some months ago, I am now being charged too much for my line rental.
Specifically, I am on the Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan, which up until my latest bill of 25/10/2011 included a £3.00 credit/discount. However, my most recent bill does not include this £3.00 credit/discount which I always get and believe I am entitled to.
The £3.00 discount always appears on my bill in the following statement - copied from my September bill:
"Credit: Unlimited Evening and Weekend - £ 3.00 - 24 Sep-23 Oct 11
Plan Deal
You get your calling plan at a special rate. We show this on your bill by
giving you a credit of £3.00 a month
Discount for Evening and Weekend calls with 12 month renewing contract"
The above paragraph has been omitted from my latest bill and the £3.00 credit has not been given.
Moderators on this forum have helped me with problems in the past, and I sincerely hope you can fix this latest problem for me too.

You can't gift it, gifting can only be done from within the store, not from within your library.

This is a legal issue, not a technical issue. You need to talk to a lawyer.

For the item that you thought was free, have you made any in-app purchases within it and/or did you add or change your credit card details when downloading it (could it be a temporary store holding charge ?). I received an email today that a purchase was made on my itunes account. Since I was at work, I was a bit concerned. I changed my iTunes password immediately, then when I got home tonight I launched iTunes to view my purchase history.
An app was purchased for free, "Pearl-in-Palm Inf...".
Followed by three In-App purchases each called "Pearl-in-Palm Inf..." for a total of $49.97!
Took me forever to try to find a way to contact Apple. Waiting to hear back from them and hopefully get refunded that amount. Better yet, I hope they put a stop to what ever is allowing someone to steal my money. -

I just checked my bill online after upgrading my phone to a iPhone 6 and now I am being charged for something called Total Mobile Protection. Is this some kind of phone insurance or something?
I was never charged this before so was kind of upset to see it added on without my permission/knowledge (I specified to the Verizon Wireless agent in the store I went to that I only wanted the contract for the $60 2GB and Unlimited talk/text plan that I currently had. They said that would work).
How can I get this extra $10 a month off my bill?When you upgrade online you do have the option to deny this though the deny option is way down the page. make s it look like you have to choose an insurance option. Also I've done 2 recent upgrades in a retail store twice and both times they added the protection without asking. Luckily I always check my account so I easily removed this feature on the first day. Let's just say I won't be upgrading at this store ever again. No wonder people get mad when they upgrade multiple lines and their bill is $30, $40, $50 higher than what they a were told because of this unasked for feature.

I called in to do a temp upgrade on my data and was told by the rep that my account was eligible for a free upgrade. I said okay, but it never happened and now I am being charged for an overage. When I check my plan specifics I see that my data is set to the old amount, I will not pay what I don't owe. Now I am having trouble contacting anyone to help resolve this issue.

This is a stumper! As MrHelper stated, we do not have a 750MB plan so I'm curious as to what that offer was. How much data did you end up using for the month and how much were you charged in overages?

I am being charged for a phone I never recieved
Verizon sent me a replacement phone through the US postal service and I never recieved it. Verizon then sent me a phone from FedEx (I believe) and I recieved it and sent the impaired phone back. Now I am being charged for the phone the post office never delivered. I have been working on this for more than two months and I still haven't gotten it straightened out. I have spoken with mulitple service representatives who all seem very nice and helpful and they all tell me that they can see the issue and that it should be cleared up in a couple of days and that they will follow up with me to let me know that it has been taken care of but to this day I have not recieved any follow up and the charge is still on my bill.
What do I have to do to get this taken care of.

My daughter forget her password and now her ipod touch is disabled. Red message says to connect to itunes. When I do connect to itunes, the device is not recognized and then a message comes on the screen that says it is locked and to enter the password to access it. I cannot access the password and since itunes does not recognize the device, it does not come up on the list on the left, i cannot reset it. What do I need to do so she can use her ipod touch again? Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Assuming you are in a location that supports re-downloading of TV shows, you can download any purchased TV shows from the purchased option in the quick links section in the top right-hand corner of iTunes on your computer. -
I downloaded a ringtone last week for my iphone5 and it was active on my phone until I did a sync on the weekend with my laptop and now I find the ringtone has disappeared how do I reload it without being charged again? I still have the tax invoice.

I am trying to download an epub book from the library, which I have been doing for almost a year. Now I am being asked for my adobe id, which I enter and I get an error message stating Adobe Activation Request Error:2004.. What's this ?
I downloaded Blue Fire Reader and it requested an adobe id. I clicked on the link that was in the error message stated http//adeactivateadobe.com. Found out that if the date and time on my Ipad is wrong that it won't let me download a book. I was off 5 hours. I reset my clock settings and adobe id let me download a book from the library. I am back to using Overdrive and adobe again on my ipad.

How to re-install an app downloaded in now free time without being charged
It means I've never purchased it and had no backup on iTunes or any other Apple devices, I just downloaded in now free time now deleted. But someone told me that's ok, once you download it in any way successfully including give your money to buy it or downloaded in now free time, both of them will be taken as an purchased item, it means you will find it under purchased category and you can keep updating and re-installing out of charge all the time if you want to
But for my case, I failed to find it and when I re-installed it, I was asked for being charged, does it do the right way? ThxHidden? Are you sure about that? This app has been deleted on my device, it's about re-installing an app one has been installed in the past not the order of icons, right?

The ideal situation is when I check the button cash number displayed on which will be turned into an Install button with a cross on the left top, right? But it didn't happen with a certain app I installed in now free time and deleted and I want to re-install again
