Hey guys, iv recently changed over from the 4 to the 5 and i have lost my 5. Luckily a few days ago i downloaded find my iPhone but when i log in it tracks my old phone and not the new one. I have logged in so i dont know why it wont connect. help???

I have logged in so i dont know why it wont connect. I'm really upset about lossing it, if anyone one knows how to fix the problem or another way of tracking my phone that would be great.
The iphone 5 can only be located if connected to a data or mobile network. If in Airplane mode or switched off, it can't be found.

So you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud? That message sounds like you did not. Are you using the same Apple ID used in Settings>iCloud on the iPod?
- To find wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.

I bought iPhone 4S from Kurdistan Iraq while I worked there now I retired and came back to my country India. Few days ago the rear camera of my phone is not working, it's shutter is not opening. It's less than a year I bought it. What to do now?
First try one of these methodes:
Try to restart your iPhone
Hold the power button and slide to turn off, then turn it on
if you still have the same problem then try the second methode:
Reset Settings of your device:
Settings>> General>> Reset >> Reset All Settings
Make sure you reset only your settings and NOT any other Contents
if you still have the same problem, so it seems to be a hardware issue, take it to the nearest Apple Store.

I know Imessaging between IOS 5 devices is free, but when sending group texts to both IOS 5 phones and nonIOS 5 phones, is it still free to those with IOS 5? The text bubble is green.
According to Macworld it is a lowest common denominator situation. If any of the people on your list are not iMessage people then all the messages go out SMS and will count against your messages from your provider. Bummer IMHO, but that is the way it is.

Adobe Acrobat Pro XI 11.0.06 when I reduce file size or try to optimize, I get this error: The document could not be saved. A number is out of range. I do the exact same thing every month and it works. I did it a few days ago and it worked. I receated the pdf, I renamed it. tried to do it before I imported more pages. no go. the 16 mg pdf will normally reduce to 5 or 6

Are you facing the issue with any pdf file?
Please try updating Acrobat to 11.0.7 and check.
You might also want to repair Acrobat and see.

I had my 4S activated at the store, but when I got home to sync up my phone and get all of my contacts, nothing is happening. I backed up my 3GS before switching phones, so it's all on my computer. Any ideas?
Launch iTunes. From the menu bar click Store / View My Account
Click: Edit Payment Information
Make sure you have the correct Security Code.

I'm trying to find my phone back up from a few days ago before I bought my new iPhone, but when I searched on iTunes backup it has been replaced by the back up the day after that. Now all my data from my old phone is lost including some really important things. Also before that iTunes wouldn't let me sync my iPhone 5s data to my new iPhone 6 Plus, saying that the data is corrupt, that's where all this trouble started. I've been trying to back-up the old phones data so I can access it, but it's been replaced when ever I plug the new phone in, and no the 'sync automatically when connected' is not ticked. Please help me find my back ups.
Your iCoud account remains in iCloud even if your device is restored. (In fact, you can't delete an iCloud account from iCloud, you can only choose to stop using it.) If the device is restored, or it may no longer be signed into your iCloud account but your account will still exist in iCloud.

For the Camera app, try closing it via the taskbar and see if it works when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Camera app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar at the bottom of the iPad's screen, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Camera app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't fix it then try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
In terms of syncing, you will need iTunes on your computer - if you haven't already downloaded it then you can do so from here : http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
You can conncet the iPad to your computer and select it on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (you can enable the sidebar on iTunes 11 on a PC via control-S), and use the tabs on the right-hand side of the iTunes screen to sycn your content to the iPad.

For the excel file, what app are you viewing/editing it in ? If the values are different then it may be that the app that you are using doesn't support all the formulas that are being used in the spreadsheet. Apps that 'support' excel documents include Apple's Numbers app, and from third-parties apps such as Documents To Go ('premium' version) and QuickOffice Pro HD. -

Sync your iPhone to iTunes to copy the iTunes purchases to the computer.
Or iTunes prefs > Store.
Tick Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases then click the Cloud icon after the song names to download them. -

Please find the attached screenshot.If it's the first time that you've tried to download anything from the store with the account then depending upon how you created the account then you may have to enter payment details before you will be able to download anything (including free items).
'Get' means that it's a free download, though that app does offer in-app purchases. If you are being asked to confirm/enter your card details then have you tried doing so ? As it's a free-to-download app the card won't be charged, though you may receive a temporary store holding charge. -

If you did not have Find My Phone turned on & enabled, other than physically looking for your phone, there is no way to locate it.

On your iPad, just go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, etc.>Add account>iCloud and put in the details of the account you set up. Shouldn't be a problem at all.

You have to have enabled Find My iPhone on your phone before it was lost in order for it to be located. If you did, you could play a loud two minute sound on it even if it was on slient, as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmfc0f19b5.
