I recently developed a App and wanted to know has the user deleted the app???
The Scenario is like
Consider a User ......
In my App he adds 100 tasks and scedules it for APNS on a daily basis
and deletes the app
and on the other day again downloads the app he gets the apns for all 100 tasks though no tasks are present,
as the tasks are mapped on apple Device Tokens.
So Please help me on the issue........

If your OS is fully up-to-date, that is close to impossible. The Flashback site has not been known to be active since long before August.
Did you migrate any users from an older system, perhaps? It might have been transferred if that is the case.
ISP's are famous for mis-diagnosing these things with regard to Macs, so you might want to challenge them to provide you with their logs and specifics about what they are seeing.
Is it possible that another device is on your network that could be causing this, either something you own or a neighbor using your network?

If you have carefully follow ALL of the steps in that article, you are using a USB port directly on your computer and not a USB hub (don't use a front port on a tower or desktop either, as they are an internal hub) and you installed iTunes correctly using an Administrator ID and you have tried disabling your antivirus and firewall then there is no hope of it ever working. Look at the tip again, and go through it carefully, not skipping any steps.
Note, BTW, that an iPhone will not show up on a computer, only in iTunes. If there are photos in the Camera Roll then it will appear in Windows as a digital camera only.

That is correct... I know the Admin password but the password for my keychain is not correct and I can't seem to remember what the last password would have been. Any ideas how to reset it? Maybe delete and recreate? I know I may lose some info. Thanks!

Dear apple, I am really dissapointed with you. Around January 2013, my iPhone 4s 16GB White has hardware issues, which was the Wi-Fi grey out. I have put up with it for months, until june 7 when I decided it has been long enough, and I got a replacement. I told the genius bar what happened, and I already did the so called "steps" that apple reccommended on the site, which was reset network settings, restore iPhone. The genius bar gave me a replacement phone, so I was expecting that the problem would be over, but it isn't. It seems that it's iOS 6.1.3 which is the case of most public complaints on apple iPhone products. Not even 3 weeks after I got the phone replaced, it is doing it again, so I suspect I'm just going to get a replacement again? Unfortunately I only have until 5th of july 2013 until my 1 year warranty is up. After that, any issue I have, I have to purchase apple care. People are expecting this problem to be fixed but I don't see it being solved any time soon. This is horrible and really low, because I have been a good customer, when I talk to the people at the genius bar, I show the utmost respect I can to them for the work they put into their job, but somewhere there is a problem where something has gone wrong. Because of that, people that only have a one year warranty (which i received because I purchased my apple iPhone at an Optus outlet, once that one year warranty is up, I have to pay for a problem that isn't even my fault? That isn't how it should work, you should be fixing this problem so people can be happy customers and leave happy. Our iOS devices use a capacitive touch screen and with it being winter in most places, a buildup of static electricity can cause the touch screen to act erratic. Start with closing all applications open in multitasking and power cycling the device. If using a screen protector, remove it and test without it installed. Some cases that include a screen protector can cause this issue as well. Try the remainder of the steps in the attached article below. If the issue persists, a restore as new may been needed. Make sure to backup your data prior to a restore.

Personally, I would never use a debit card online, for security reasons. If your card gets hacked its your money that is stolen. At least with a credit card it is the card providers money that is stolen.
Anyway, I would delete the app and re-install. If you paid for the app in the first place you will be able to re-install free of charge. Also, the app should allow the in-app purchase to happen again as it should recognise that you have already purchased it previously.
Finally, it might be that the 3G doesnt have as much ram as more recent models of iphone and you may have applications running in the background that are preventing the app to function with the in-app purchase unless you shut down any apps eating all you memory that are running in the background. Shut-down these apps (and the simpson tap out app) by exiting to your home screen and double-tapping the home button to show what apps are running in the background. press and hold any of the open apps until it starts shaking. close all the apps down. exit then re-launch the app.

Yes, as long as the machine meets the system requirements for the software you can install and activate it. Your license allows you to have the software installed and activated on two machines.
