Hey! I am from Egypt and purchased I phone5 unlocked from USA Atlantic City NJ. When I started to use it the Home button wouldn't respond. I tried everything pushing hard, turning it off and on again it's just hopeless. What can I do? Need help!

I purchased Iphone 5 from USA while I am from Egypt. It's unlocked so no issues there, yet when I started first using it the home button wouldn't respond under any circumstances! I am afraid to give it to an Apple retailer in Egypt to fix it coz that might make me lose my warranty in the US.. Sending it back to the US and asking for a replacement might take time and according to the purchasing reciept it says return date Aug 15th! Need some help.. Thanks

Thnx, I already did that when I got the chance. But when I took it over there yesterday they told me we can only fix it and not replace it coz I exceeded my warranty reclaim!! its just not practical to have it and send it back overseas within the warranty limit! I was so furious it's just so not fair..

The home button does not respond and when I turn on phone it activate voice control. I have to turn the phone off and back on to access another app

my iphone 4 home button is not working anymore. I have to turn the phone off and on again to access an app. When turning it on it immediately goes to voice control. I cannot get out of this. Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)

I updated, and now Firefox will not open at all on my computer. Tried numerous times to turn computer off and then on again. Everything else is closed.

I got my iPhone 4 in July 2010, about 3 months ago it has started being faulty. The home button hardly works and lower volume clicker doesn't work. It loses signal and only comes back when I switch it off and on and it can get laggy can I get it replaced?

I haven't done a thing genuinely. It didn't stop working after an update or anything, it just started doing this.

Did you buy AppleCare? If not, you are out of warranty, so the best you can expect is to be eligible for an out of warranty replacement at your cost. Take it into an Apple Store and they can tell you if it qualifies or not.

The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required
If you do not have that information you will not be able to use the Device.

I was just playing flappy bird which always crash. After that, the home button became unresponsive. I tried recalibration Technique but failed. Sfter, the earphone dock and music sounded garbled but later of, stopped producing sounds. What is the problem?

If a reset doesn't work, try reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
Note: Data will not be affected but settings for Wi-Fi, FaceTime, Message, Home Sharing will be reset

Iphone 5c turns itself off and won't turn on until plugged in

I just received my replacement iPhone 5c and it worked fine the first night, the next day, the phone turned itself off, and would not let me turn it back on. I tried the reset option by holding down the lock and the home buttons, but that did not work. my phone only turns on when it is plugged in. It then shows me that battery is lows, and then powers on ad says 100% charged.
My lower screen blinks while it is plugged in as well.....

You might have a bad battery. But first try recalibrating the battery gauge. Run the battery all the way down until the phone shuts off and doesn't restart. Then charge for 4 hours with the wall charger. Repeat the process. If the problem remains you need a new battery.

If you can access Facebook while on Wifi at home, but you are unable to access it while away running on your carrier's 2G network, I could phone your carrier. You have already completed the Cellular Data troubleshooting for the iPhone, so any limitations keeping your from connecting to Facebook over cellular will have to be answered by your carrier.

For clarification purpose:
You start by double clicking the Home button to reveal the screen as shown above. You then swipe upwards on the App Previews to clear all recently used Apps and end up with a screen like below?
You then tap the Home button to return to normal screen. Then you immediately double tap the Home button again to see all the recently used Apps as shown in the first picture? If this isn't the procedure you are following, please explain your process, and exactly what you are seeing. Attaching screen shots will help.
