The staff recommendations were always wide-ranging and fun. I discovered a lot of new music this way. Far more interesting and real than most of the current categories.

Lock symbol is rotation lock : depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can lock rotation either by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon; press home again to exit the taskbar. How do you get rid of yellow triangular with ! in middle that appear against some of my bookmarks on my bookmark toolbar?

I have yellow triangles next to some of my icons in my bookmarks and bookmark toolbar. They have an exclamation mafrk in them. It probably happens when there is difficulty connecting to them. But they hang around. How do you get rid of them even when the bookmark works fine? I have FF 4.0 on a Snow Leopard Mac.

This issue can be caused by a plugin or an extension that is not compatible with Firefox 3.6 and isn't working properly anymore.
A toolbar like the "ZoneAlarm Spy Blocker Plugin Stub for 32-bit Windows" and other toolbars like "Ask.com" or "My Web Search" can cause this issue.

The password will not be sent to you, because Apple does not know it. They will send a link where you can reset the password. I added a program but somnehow ended up with "searchqu" as my search engine, how do you get rid of it?

I added a program that somehow put the search engine "searchqu" on my computer. How do you get rid of it? I looked up in the web engines and it is not listed. A blog board I read says it is coming through google chrome that it has to be uninstalled... any ideas?

Searchqu gets installed if you don't opt-out of the installation when you install a 'free' app from bandoo.com which provides free emoticons.
If you have this app on your system now, uninstall it first, otherwise searchqu will reappear again after you complete the following steps. 
To revert to Google as your preferred search engine, please do the following. 
#In the location bar, type '''about:config''' and hit Enter. 
#In the filter at the top, type: '''keyword.URL''' 
#Double click it and remove whatever's in there and replace it with http://www.google.com/search?q=

What are you clicking on..."Delete" or "Delete and Close Gap"?
"Delete and Close Gap" may not work if there is content directly above or below the place where you want to delete and close gap.
In that case, you use the mouse cursor to close the gap. Also please read some situations where Delete and Close Gap fails.

I have one that never wants to disappear despite having the most recent version of the software ( its evernote in case that helps). That is really the only app that doesn't want to disappear after installation. Any thoughts or ideas out there in the world wide web?
