I have emailed a itunes support guy named noel ask a question about buying add-on content. . I was stupid enough to go to  a link off the internet to the apple website not knowing if i could been fake. so later on that day the guy replied back with, im going to copy and paste the following :

Thats what the email that replied to me... now me being stupid i wasnt thinking and thought this guy was trying to help me out and hope he actually was... now later on yesterday my friend called me saying "hey whats up , why you call me... i said " i didnt call you.. and he said i left him a voicemail about watching *********** which was pretty freaky.. because i never called him or left him a voice mail. So at school i listiend to the voicemail and scared the heck out of me!! then it hit me !! Could it have been that email ??! then i went back to the email and re-read it Steps 1-8  made me think!! omg help thanks , nick.

    Hi everybody! First post in here...well today I accidentally installed iTunes 7.6 pressing "software upgrade". Since I'm using OSX 10.4.8 iTunes 7.6 doesn't open: it pops out kind of "need the OSX upgrade for 10.4.9 or 10.4.10 up!!"...I can't upgrade to 10.4.10 or 10.4.11 because of Pro Tools (7.1 version can give some trouble with these OSX versions).
    WHAT SHOULD I DO??
    Should I uninstall iTunes 7.6? Just by trashing it and then using an old version (which one would you suggest)?? I found (http://mac.oldapps.com/itunes.php) old iTunes version...but I actually can't remember which one I was using (it worked great with my 10.4.8).

    Select/highlight the ones that you want to change in your iTunes library, do Get-Info (control-I) and change their Media Kind on their Options tab to 'Music Video' - and then similarly for the podcasts.

    I downloaded some app from my iPod touch and the app downloaded no problem. But when I open the app to play a game and I have to buy something from the app like coins or up grade the app. And it won't let me it says app was open on a different apple I'd and that I needed to Purchase the app again and when I try and I find the same app the only thing it does is open it. Then my iMessage I can't even hardly send messages because it always say failed Delivery when in fact I was able to send iMessage a couple of weeks ago to the same people that I can't now. And nothing has changed on there side. Please help me it's driving me crazy spending all that money on the iPod and I can't enjoy it

    Hello iTunes people.
    I have a little problem with my iTunes. I actually almost know nothing about iTunes really. But I have had a 80 gig ipod .. ummm I think it's a iPod classic maybe. A long time ago I just downloaded iTunes. I think one of my tech friends already had put the program onto my PC so I did not even have to download it. Anyways I put my life's collection of mp3's onto iTunes and then syncs it with my iPod and it worked great. Here is my problem. I just recently bought a MONSTER PC. I have lovingly named it " ED209 " I downloaded iTunes for it and I have the most up to date version.8.1.1 is the most current version correct? Ok well here is my problem. What I want to do is I want to put everything that is currently on my iPod ONTO the iTunes library. I DO NOT want to import anything from the library or playlist or whatever you call it ONTO the iPod because there is nothing in the library. Now this is were its gets weird and possibly silly. A person I was chatting with on Facebook sort of made fun of me because she was like " Dude! Just push " Sync " But the reason I am paranoid is because THIS is the message I get....
    " The iPod " Aaron's iPod " is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this ipod and sync with this iTunes library? "
    HOLY COW!! That girl on Facebook was making fun of me but READ THAT. That exactly says ERASE the "iPod" and Sync with THIS library " It does not say put what is ON the iPod into THIS Library. It says it the other way around. Clear as day it says it will ERASE the " Ipod " it does not say " Fill the library with whats on your iPod "
    Do I all of a sudden not understand English or something???? I know how to freaking read and from what it says is sounds a 100 percent like " we will ERASE youe iPod and put everything from this playist or library onto your iPiod" But there is NOTHING in my library? Am I mentally challenged or what?

    1). Connect your iPod to your computer. When you get the message that it is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press "Cancel". Pressing "Erase and Sync" will irretrievably remove all the songs from your iPod.
    2). When your iPod appears in the iTunes source list change the update setting to manual, that will let you continue to use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it. Check the "manually manage music and videos" box in Summary then press the Apply button. Also when using most of the utilities listed below your iPod needs to be enabled for disc use, changing to manual update will do this by default: Managing content manually on iPod and iPhone
    3). Once you are connected and your iPod is safely in manual mode there are a few things you can do to restore your iTunes from the iPod. iTunes will only let you copy your purchases directly from an iPod to the computer, you'll find details in this article: Copying iTunes Store purchases from your iPod or iPhone to a computer
    For everything else (music from CDs, other downloads and including iTunes purchases) there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. You'll find that they have varying degrees of functionality and some will transfer movies, videos, photos, podcasts and games as well. You can read reviews and comparisons of some of them here:

    There's also a manual method of copying songs from your iPod to a Mac or PC. The procedure is a bit involved and won't recover playlists but if you're interested it's available on page 2 at this link: Copying Content from your iPod to your Computer - The Definitive Guide
    4). Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync.
    5). I would also advise that you get yourself an external hard drive and back your stuff up, relying on an iPod as your sole backup is not a good idea and external drives are comparatively inexpensive these days, you can get loads of storage for a reasonable outlay: Back up your iTunes library by copying to an external hard drive

I can prove my phone has been used every day for the last 2 years with my bills and if I can prove that in that time I have never been to this cliff, among a million other things I need to try & prove by Wednesday, I have a fighting chance of getting her back. I was allowed supervised visitation today & she’s scared & confused, massively regressed, looking physically neglected, she was withdrawn & was trying to tell me something but being supervised she couldn’t & got told off for whispering. The police are powerless in this & Children’s Services believe him over me, unless I can disprove his claims. Apparently it’s my job to prove their allegations are false rather than them having to prove they’re true!
    Anyway, I’m trying to do the tracking thing on my iPhone 4, IOS 5.1.1.

    #1. The iPhone "tracker" you're referring to has already been completely debunked. That is NOT what the data was. In addition, Apple update that "fixed" the percieved problem, so the data is no longer accessible.
    The only way to "prove" what you want to is get a court order for your cellular company to pull the records for the location of your phone over time from their system.
    They know exactly where you phone is at any given moment, but that is not going to be something they will give you just for the asking.
    Get a lawyer.  If you had one, they would have already advised you of this. If you can't afford one, call legal aid.

    If it is asking for the screen-lock passcode then:
    Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
    iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen                         
    If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

    If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
    You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store        
    If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.
    Otherwise follow varjak paw recommendation

    It turns out that the problem had to do with network accounts, even though it was not clear at first.  Redirecting the program to the local machine's cache with a network home redirector script fixed the issue.  Thanks anyway.

    Software ask for permission to install , and about 30 % in , my instinct was telling me , there is something not right . I stop installation . Delete everything , look for any
    trace in Spotlight , Library . Nothing could be find .
    Now , every time I open Safari , Firefox or Chrome , it will open in my home page , but when I start looking for something in steed of Google page , there is
    ''search.genieo.com'' page acting like a Google . I try again to get raid of this but I can not find solution .
    With more research , again using genieo.com search eng. there is lots of articles and warnings . From that I learn do not use uninstall software , because doing this will install more things where it come from.
    I do have AppleCare support but its to late to phone them , so maybe there some people with knowledge , how to get this of my computer

    Genieo definitely doesn't help with your router. It's just adware, and has no benefit to you at all. They scammed you so that they could display their ads on your computer.
