I;ve got a damn problem. Every time i open adobe after effects cs6 it always crashes saying this
"After Effects error: Crash in progress. Last logged message was: <4296> <DynamicLink> C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\dynamiclink\CS5\dynamiclinkmanager.exe"
At first run it was fine. But in the second that is after rebooting i go the prob. If anyone here knows how to fix this please help me !

yeah I was bored copying all the line of that error so. But the problem is same. And i seriously need a fix for it. Please someone help me. After uninstalling it and installing it again, it will run for the first time and soon as i close it and open it again it acts same. It also says the problem app is afterfx.exe.

how to access the business content delivered with sem bps?is it available like the business content for bw?
if it is available is it for all modules in sem or just for bps?

The SEM-BPS applications 4* are more what I would class as sample applications rather than BW business content.
Do a search, I answered at least 1 or 2 similar question in a fair bit of detail.
For those of you that are beginning in BPS, do a search before posting a question. There are lots of good information on the forum already and I am seeing too many repeat questions recently.

Business System have an entry in the SLD and Buiness Service do not.
Business Systems are used when you are sending data to and from an R3 system and can be of ABAP, JAVA and Third Party Types.
Business System is a logical representation of a Technical System.
Business Service is a abstract representation of a System. For instance, www.google.com have a several system working together and IPs of this machines change eventually. When we use a Business Services like google we reference a computer that we don't know the phisical implementation.

     yes. Transactional cubes are meant for only BPS.
3.can we use multiprovider for planning?
   Yes. multiproviders can be used both in basic planning area as well as multi planning area.

   these are not recommended. But, create exit & FOX functions to meet your requirements.
5.when exit variables are used?
   If variable1 needs to be derived from variable2. (in which, end user fills only variable2).

Extraction by fm

Hey pals,
can anyone lite me witht he steps to be followed for extraction of data from r/3 to bw using a function module?

Hi Ragav,
To extract data from R/3 to BW using fm,we need to create the data source by providing the name of the fm, and the r/3 extract structure name from which the data is extracted.
you can refer the Function module "RSAX_BIW_GET_DATA", to extract the data. You can code by adding the select staments, and the data messaging statements, and finally put the data in a loop to make the data packeting. Remember you should not change the import paraments of the Function Module. you should provide the extract structure name to E_T_DATA in the tables column of the FM.
I hope this will suffice for you to create the Extractor FM to extract the data from R/3 to BW.

Ipod touch won't restore

ipod touch won't restore.. comes up with a screen shot on the ipod showing a usb cable to attach to iTunes. Ipod won't reset & the one time that it showed up in iTunes it came up with an error msg saying it couldn't be restored...?

So the issue what u facing is pretty simple, just make sure u run an MS Config on the computer so to check which Program is causing the issue, and then once after done tht try to restore the iPod again and just make sure u also discard all the external USB Devices of the Computer, and try i am pretty sure it will work, and you follow this artcile to run MSConfig http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=305415, Do let me know if it works k

Touchscreen too slow while typing

Hey pals
i noticed a really annoying feature on my new z3. while typing normally fast - as i did on my z2 - the touch input thinks im clicking somewhere completely random. it seems like the device is not able to recognize the input so fast.
on my old devices - z2, s4 - i had no problems with this typing speed... i cant even reply normally without being careful about my typing..
really, really annoying.

Why do I get VISA code error -1073807202 when trying to connect PXI-2565?

I got error code -1703807202 (a code library required by VISA could not be found) every time when I first started up the computer and used "Initialize with topology" to connect my channels. This error would go away if I start MAX and open up devices and interfaces, then re-run the same task. How do I get rid of the error? Thanks.

Hey Pal,
You are correct about NI-VISA having requirements for LabVIEW. The latest version of NI-VISA won't work properly with LabVIEW 7.0. You can see the supported versions in the readme of the driver. For example, NI-VISA 4.4.1 is compatible with the following versions of LabVIEW: 8.6/8.5/8.2/7.1.1.

Random Transposition of MIDI Part?

Hi all,
I don't know what I did, but for some reason one MIDI track (out of about 7) suddenly found itself transposed from a C to an E. The MIDI controller has been affected, too (i.e. to get a C note I have to play an E note on the controller).
I have no idea what has happened (I'm not a MIDI guy). Can anyone suggest where to look to fix this?

hey pal, just saw your post. I love midi- everything about it. I did not flash on your answer as of this moment- but as I'm working today or whenever (like ASAP) I'll make a note to jot down an answer. I get ****** because I spend so much time going back and forth from the inside environment windows just manipulating stuff for my midi setups. And Logic keeps forgetting my keyboard re-assignments for key shortcuts [even though I save everything-and I mean •everything• I do. I wear out the ⌘S buttons... I got something vaguely similar just yesterday, my Kurzweil keyboard which dup's as a controller besides having some ******* sounds was like an 1/8 or a 16th of a semitone flat. So I'm already in your ballpark. Lotta cats today think midi is passe- that's because they don't know midi codes or can't understand 'em. Mixing midi with software and audio stuff all together is the sh*t. And as for the Logic know-it-all that answered your question- how's he know if you don't mean -7 1/2 steps... never assume anything...

Touch won't restore!!!

My father gave me a Touch as a gift, and while I was restoring the defaults on it, my computer crashed. Now it won't do anything. It tells me it's in restore mode, and must be completed, but when I try to restore it, it gets half way through the process and either iTunes will crash, or I get a message telling me that the Touch cannot restore. Is it a problem with iTunes and I just need to re-download the program? Or it is maybe that now the Touch itself has a fatal error in it, and my new iPod is now pretty paper weight? Please help!

Hi Ragav,
What we are talking about is named as 'elimination of internal business volume'. If you want to do it in BPS you should figure out how you will determine the volume to be eliminated (through which characteristics).

hey pal run the nokia ovi suite as administrator... then u wont get this error.
Just right click the nokia ovi suite application --> Properties --> compatibility --> Check the run as administrator.
