Just transfer them from iTunes.
If they are not in iTunes. connect the iPod, then File > Devices > Transfer purchases.
Then connect the iPhone and sync these songs. -
hi, i was recently on an IOS 7 update before it's release and downloaded it from the web and i just got this message saying that my device is not registered as a part of the iphone developer. i have been using this for about 2 months now. what is a fix?
Were you running iOS 7 beta? If so, as a developer you need to log into the Developer forum for assistance.

Keep in mind that just because a device may not be upgradeable to the latest iOS release does not mean it cannot continue to work just fine on the last update it did get. There will be many devices that were incompatible with iOS 7 that will continuing to work just fine on iOS 6 for a long time yet. There are many people still using their iPad 1 despite the fact it stopped getting iOS updates after iOS 5.1.1.
One way to safeguard your apps against future incompatible versions is to keep a backup of all your apps in iTunes on your computer. That way, if an update to the app comes out that is not backwards compatible with your iOS, you still have a copy of the last version of the app that was compatible with your device and your iOS release. -

Hey all. I have two 22" Acer monitors that I picked up pretty cheap from Amazon. Currently I run on my laptop with one of the monitors off to the right. Works pretty well but I'd like to do the following:
I wanted to set it up so that when I'm at my desk I can use an external keyboard and mouse and both of the monitors side-by-side. Basically I want to be able to just close the lid on the MacBook and use it as a CPU only when I'm at my desk.
I'm wondering what the best way is to accomplish this. I think I'd need one of those "splitters" perhaps (I think Matrox makes them, maybe others). However I'm also wondering how that would work with MBP and how easy it would be to dock and un-dock the laptop in that sort of arrangement.
Maybe this is just too difficult to get working properly but I'm thinking there has to an option.Also, it's crazy to me that the Matrox devices are so expensive. Costs more to buy those then the actual monitors...
I suspect that most of the people using the Matrox devices are also using pretty good monitors, and are used to paying more for quality. Look at it this way: by buying cheapo monitors instead, you've saved yourself enough money to buy the matrox box you need to use them (assuming, of course, that it's compatible — about which there does seem to be some question). -

If the iPhone is still working and the photos are in the Camera Roll (i.e., taken on the iPhone) then, when you connect the iPhone to your PC, it should be recognized as a Camera and Windows should start AutoPlay.

i have got an 4s phone and want to import my notes from my old 3G phone; does anybody has an idea how this can be done?
If you have a Mac, I know you can sync your notes with the Mail application using iTunes by going to the Info tab when you clikc on your iPhone under Devices. Other than that, you may just need to email the notes to yourself since the 3G cannot use iCloud to transfer them.

If you believe there is a hardware problem, call AppleCare or make an appointment at an Apple Store if there is one nearby.

Sounds like you encrypted your iPhone backup, & if so it's asking for the encrypted backup password. Do you have a company Exchange account on your phone?

I have just ugraded IPhone 5 to I07. My passcode is not being recognised, also whir I connect to the computer the message is that the cable is incorrect. Any suggestions. I cannot restore on itunes cant turn off the find my iPhone..
From your iCloud account, you can go to Find My Phone and remove the iPhone from your devices list which will release it, or you could do a remote erase of the iPhone from iCloud.

I was having problems with the software and iTunes, took the iMac to the apple store and they wiped it clean and then helped me restore from my backup. W were able to do most of it but had the pictures left, and it would take to much time, so they sent me home with instructions, I followed the instructions to the letter but got a message saying that the pictures could not be installed because I was not the administrator and I am stuck, can someone out there help me?
