HFM not able to connect to DB | An unknown error occurred. (-2146824582)

Dear All,
Completed with installing and configuring Foundation, Reporting & HFM in a single managed server.
I m able access workspace (limited menu) & Shared services.
Extract from Configtool log, may be i see these is the only component as error;

When I click manage/applicaton link on the menu bar, returned some message from webpage : java.lang.NullPointerException ADF_FACES-60097

Now Unknown error became unspecified error:
Unspecified error
An unknown error has occurred in the HsxSQLHelper object.
An unknown error has occurred in the HsxServerImpl object.
An unknown error has occurred in the HsxServerImpl object.
Same error with different numbers on Error log viewer.
I have created, validated hfm.udl as per the requirement with Oracle OLEDB provider , then reconfigured the HFM (DCOM, Server , Register Server/Cluster) >> Stop services >> Start EPM system. Still I m not able to locate this issue.
One more point I would like to share is that because of Config tool refer for TNSNAMES.ORA file on different folder, I have manually replicated the file generated by Oracle DB config tool from its folders (Still kept that, as my Listener refer to this place), will this create issues? in HFM DB connect? How to change the TNSNAMES.ORA file path in HFM configuration? if changed to one place will that help?
