You say that is not good. Then you had better explain since that is the way it is done.

If you're having some kind of problem, then explain what it is including the exact text of any error messages you're getting. -

Initial Backup: Failed; Drive: All Good
I have been having a lot of problems with my time machine and this new hard drive that I bought specifically for this purpose. In summation, after following all advice on this site, I reformatted my hard drive and all that and it Time Machine still gets a little past 10gb and then stalls and eventually tells me that it is failed. I know for a fact that the drive is all good and formatted right and everything else because I have used this same drive with Time Machine on another mac I have.
I think that the Time Machine software is screwy. No matter how many files I exclude from the backup, it always tells me that it has to back up the same number of files and the same amount of memory. Is there a way to reinstall Time Machine or debug it or something? Is it corrupted or something? Is one of the files on my computer gumming up the works (I have tried excluding every folder on my computer except for one, and no matter which that one is, it always stalls near the same point)?Just a word of caution. You will not be able to use the One Key Recovery to restore your S10 to its original factory state if you ever need to do it once you HD is replaced. Since most people who upgraded the HD do not want to do it, so it is OK. In any case, you still have the original HD if you need to do the original restoration. I think upgrading the HD will not void the warranty since this is classified as a customer replaceable unit but it is best to check with Lenovo if this is a concern. (Well, you can always put back the original HD, right? ))

I use aol mail on pcs, MacBooks and the original iPad. All good. No issues for many years. I recently got an iPad third generation with AT&T lte service. Now much of my wife's email displays as garbage when i use the att service. Genius bar guys could not help. They guessed that the garbage being displayed might be HTML code. We all suspect that there might be some problem with the relationship among aol, AT&T (lte) and Apple, but no one knows where or how. My mail servers are set up the same on the old iPad and the new iPad (IMAP and SMTP). Bottom line is: I got the new iPad, and it does not work for my most important app. Wireless works fine.
Any suggestions? The genius bar guys started a trouble ticket.
Many people must be having this problem.I must be part of the "No one" that still uses AOL mail. I still use it (two AOL accounts in fact) and have used it pretty much without issue for years and years.
I have never had an issue with AOL mail on my iPad. I wish that I could say the same for my business Microsoft Exchange account that users swear by. Of the five email accounts that I have, the Exchange account is by far the most unreliable and issue ridden email account that I have.
Even my two Comcast email accounts work far better than my buggy Exchange account. -

It is very frustrating for me. My Visa account keeps getting declined at Apple. I used this very same Visa card on Amazon with no problem. I checked my status for
the card and it is still all good. My friends and I buy a lots of Apple applications on iTune.
We have the correct CVV2, Expiration Date and Billing address, but you keeps declining us. Please fix this problem for me. The issuing bank for this card is Techcombank, one of the largest banks in Vietnam. According to the bank, the transaction is processed in the US. This is a legitimate Visa card.
Please let me know as soon as possible. Apple does a disservice to its brand name by declining legitimate Visa account holders from using the cards in Vietnam.

That's very, very bad. The credit card should be considered compromised at this point, and you should cancel it immediately, if you haven't done so already.

I recently purchased songs from my iphone. All good... But I then went to put them on my ipod touch. They seemed to have downloaded but the songs wont play and the song title/the text, appears in a grey colour and there is a downlaod symbol in front of the song title. what do i do next?? They play on my iphone and from the itunes library but not from my ipod touch.
If the songs are still on your ipod, make sure autosync is disabled in iTunes on your computer, connect and right click on it in the device list, then choose "transfer purchases" to copy all bought media and apps from your ipod to your computer.
If the songs are not on your computer and got deleted from your ipod as well, you can't get them back, unless you have a backup of your iTunes library as part of your computer backup. -
Help... Have ate in living room & bedroom & I could works fine on iPhone4 as well as ipad2 wifi. I have home sharing enabled on all but when I rented a movie it was all good & charged but the download took over 24 hours & only in the bedroom.... Please help
The remote app can either automatically find libraries available on a network (with home sharing available) or if you haven't got home sharing enabled, you can manually pair an itunes library with the remote app (using a number that is generated by the app and then typed into the itunes library).
That is why I am so confused, as it seems to be the home sharing that is the problem! -
I cant get into itunes producer keep getting an error my username and password is incorrect. i have made a new one all good still same error any ideas?
I'm having a very similar problem.
I'm based in the U.K. and am trying to publish an iBook through the iTunes bookstore. I have made my book in iBooks author 2.0. My iTunes is up to date.
When I try and publish the iBook I have passed and ticked the Pre Publish Check; and the Create Account, but when I try and download iTunes Producer through iTunes Connect I'm told "Your Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Content."
When I try and re-set my iTunes Store account I'm told "The iTunes Store Account has already applied to distribute content on the iBookstore." Of course it has I just did that.
If I try and sign in to iTunes Connect through the Publishing pane I'm told "Your ID or Password was entered incorrectly." Even though I've just used it to sign into iTunes (and here), so my password and Apple ID work fine elsewhere.
Is my access to the iTunes Connect being delayed while my submission is processed, i.e. the processing of my tax and account details? Or am I stuck in a loop?
If this is still processing (I started this 20 hours ago) I assume that I have to submit the book itself when I can download iTunes Producer at a later date, as I haven't submitted the book yet?
I emailed the problem to iTunes Store and was refered to [email protected], only for them to say they don't read or reply to emails sent to that address??????
I'm not sure which part of the process I've reached - if any. I feel I'm in limbo. I have an iBook ready to go - but where is Apple?
Any help would be most welcome.

Help! MacBook won't connect to the Internet on my network. Never had an issue on other networks, other devices work fine, i.e. iPhone/iPad. Says it's connected. Plugged in Ethernet and tried other browser. Called ISP and all good on their end.

1 here i have a requirement that i need to restrict all goods movements in the month for all materials(SFG,FG) untill the latest costing run(standard cost estimate) on 1st of each month.
2. Can we restrict the status of process order in such a way that Conformation can be done only after the goods issues against production order. The goods receipt can be done only after the conformation of the process order.

Procedurally you can block, by not opening the current period, before the costing run is completed, just when you wanted to release the cost estimate, at that time you can lock all users and then open the next period and then release your cost estimate and then unlock all the users. You need to work with your Basis/MM/FICO guys to have this procedure implemented.
On the GI Check before confirmation and Confirmation check before GR, you can use Confirmation and GR releated User exits to check. There are many posts on this topic, a simple search on this forum would take you to the thread.

I am wondering if you can provide me a way, a transaction code on how to perform the following?

I am trying to execute LX23 (Stock comparison IM/WM) and try to remove the differences using batch input file.
SAP document indicates the prerequisite to use this feature is that all inventory movements to the warehouse be blocked before clearing the differences (i.e. adapt the IM figure to that of WM figure).

DanielI think the requirement here is to block inventory movement (GR, GI, PCN etc.) to storage locations which are connected to your warehouse. Blocking movement on storage types in your warehouse does not serve this purpose.
Is it really necessary to block inventory movement when running LX2? LX23 eventually will need to correct the stock via IM posting at the end.
Anyway, if storage location level authorisation check is not currently in use in your system (OLMB -> Authorisation Management -> Authorisation check on storage location), you may try to activate authorisation check on storage locations connected to your warehouse so that those who has no M_MSEG_LGO assigned won't be able to post inventory movement to the warehouse. -
