Hi all! I have a 5D Mark III, and I just bought the new 100-400L IS II lens. I have an EF 2x III Extender, and I can't get the lens to auto focus when using the extender. Can someone help me with this?

I recommend not spending too much time thinking. Pick up the 1.4x, and give it a try, it's peanuts compared to a 100-400II and 5d3. Yes, there are limitations and hurdles to extenders, but plenty of people use them with great results. There's only one way to find out if it works for you.

You should use your backup copy of your computer to put everything on the new computer.
The sync is one way - computer to ipod.
The ipod will sync with one computer at a time. Syncing to another will erase teh content from the ipod.

Well, turbo.264 is indeed very nice to have - even for converting full-sized movies. (Nevertheless, TechRadar's latest roundup (see http://www.techradar.com/news/software/applications/6-of-the-best-video-converte rs-for-mac-1074303 ; also linked from another roundup at http://www.iphonelife.com/blog/87/benchmark-excellent-multimedia-converter-handb rake-vs-commercial-apps ) has shown it's still worse than HandBrake in most respects.)
All H.264 files (assuming they are H.264 level 4.1 or lower) are compatible with the built-in Videos app.

It entirely depends on your needs. The top players (AVPlayerHD / ProPlayer, It's Playing, GoodPlayer) all have different strengths and weaknesses. I have exactly the same problem - Whenever I go to Print, the print widow appears, it thinks about it for a bit (rotating symbol) and then quits.

2. Parallels Desktop for Mac and Windows XP, Vista Business, Vista Ultimate, or Windows 7. Parallels is software virtualization that enables running Windows concurrently with OS X.
3. VM Fusionand Windows XP, Vista Business, Vista Ultimate, or Windows 7. VM Fusion is software virtualization that enables running Windows concurrently with OS X.
4. CrossOver which enables running many Windows applications without having to install Windows. The Windows applications can run concurrently with OS X.
5. VirtualBox is a new Open Source freeware virtual machine such as VM Fusion and Parallels that was developed by Solaris. It is not as fully developed for the Mac as Parallels and VM Fusion.
Note that Parallels and VM Fusion can also run other operating systems such as Linux, Unix, OS/2, Solaris, etc. There are performance differences between dual-boot systems and virtualization. OH my god SOMEONE PLEASEE help me. I closed itunes so maybe it could work again now it looks like its never downloaded it dissapeared from my library. You have me confused as to where the apps really are. You mention iPod and mention that the iPod isn't your primary computer. Obviously, it can't be - its an iPod. I'm not trying to be a jerk - I just dont understand what that means.
The you say that the old computer is the primary computer for iTunes. That makes more sense. Anyway, you could have transferred the iTunes library from the old computer to the new Mac, but I assume that you did not realize that.
So ... If the apps are on your iPad - but did not transfer to iTunes when you synced the iPad with the new Mac - transfer Purchases. Connect the iPad to the Mac, launch iTunes, right click on the iPad name on the left and select Transfer Purchases. That will put the apps in iTunes on the Mac.
Movies cannot be downloaded again for free because Apple does not have an agreement with the movie studios to allow for that. At least that is how I understand the way that works.

That is normal for purchasing apps for a device not previously associated with your Apple ID.

If you have already set up the iPad and activated it - You have to restore from the iCloud backup which entails totally erasing the device and then setting it up again from the iCloud backup.
