CALL FUNCTION 'F4IF_INT_TABLE_VALUE_REQUEST'
         EXPORTING
              retfield        = 'WERKS'
              dynpprog        = ws_repid

              value_org       = 'S'
         TABLES
              value_tab       = i_t001w
              return_tab      = v_return
         EXCEPTIONS
              parameter_error = 1
              no_values_found = 2
              OTHERS          = 3.
whatever the fields you have in the internal table those will display in help.
To restrict these take company code and land1 fields in internal table select the values and pass that internal table into above FM
Ex : internal table is "i_t001w"
Don't forget to reward if useful...

hi all
in alv grid output ( not in selection screen) there is a input enabled field say xyz, this field is given f4 help by creating ztable, and when f4 is pressed on xyz field, it is fetching all the data related to that field, but the user wants restricted value with respect to company code and land1, the alv grid shows no of rows and company code and land1 are 1st and 2nd fields in the output.
how to restrict the value in F4 help ???

Many peoples says that BI , APO , BW and HANA are the highest paying modules.
But with the passage of time the value of the professional decreases because many people go work with this modules then ...supply and demand = decreases.
Only the people that really knows continue making lots of moneyand the characteristic of these people are the same:
They always read the SDN community of his modules.
They really study the sap help.
They do not want to make lots of money early on.

You can download through Solution Manager also. If ASAP is installed in your computer, you can download all the standard transactions, otherwise let me know your id, i will send it to you.

I have a requirement where i need to show the item master list according to the user on all sap forms.
For example GRPO :Some specific groups of items should be shown in CFL of item according to the user currently logged in in the system.
How can we manage this in SAP?

your requirement requires SDK since SBO standard authorization is in Form Level.

Using SAP Expert Finder

We are planning to implement SAP Expert finder in ECC 6.0 and EP 7.0. Searched in SDN regarding the same, but couldnt able to find much information, please share any information which is useful for me to start off with.
These are the steps i followed till now
1) Assigned following roles in R3
SAP_HR_PA_XF_ADMIN
SAP_HR_PA_XF_DESIGNER
SAP_HR_PA_XF_EXPERT
SAP_HR_PA_XF_SERVICE_USER_DOC
Z:SAP_HR_PA_XF_EXPERT
2) Assigned following groups for the same user in the Portal (under R3_ROLE_DS)
SAP_HR_PA_XF_ADMIN
SAP_HR_PA_XF_DESIGNER
SAP_HR_PA_XF_EXPERT
SAP_HR_PA_XF_SERVICE_USER_DOC
Z:SAP_HR_PA_XF_EXPERT
3) Under SPRO
Cross-Application Components -> General Application Functions -> SAP Expert Finder
a)Basic Settings
b)Further Settings
c)Cyclic Activities
but how can i use the Expert finder after assigning these groups?

need some suggestion from SAP experts
i have total 2.2 years of experience which include 1.2 in s/w testing and
as an sap consultant with 1.2 years of experience with ABAP v4.7 and BW v3.1
all i want to know is that what knowledge & skills should i have to get a good job
or what interviewers are looking for or what they ask with having 1.2 years of experience
i have a very good knowledge or what can i do to increase my self-confidence
good and more suggestions may help

Well, I am really happy that people are coming wit some of the issues which will be helpful to lot of the people. In one of my postings in forum. I have mentioned that it is for people to decide how to use this forum ( though it has to be within certain limits).
In your case I think it will be better to concentrate more on ABAP for time being. The reason is that there arte ample amount of jobs in ABAP. Once you get the confidence in technical aspect, you can plan a switch over in other area.
Key is to get an entry and that is possible through ABAP.

Hi sachin,
You can monitor your sattilite systems through solution manager.
If you want to monitor systems in solution manager means you need to configure those systems in solution manager.
Before including the systems in solution manager we need to create a solution using tcode DSWP.
After that you can include the systems using tcode SMSY.
For configuring the systems we have lot of phases its very difficult to explain here.
Try to login to service.sap.com and help.sap.com find the helpfull guides.

Actually the tables u were mentioning were HR Tables right.
But these tables are not maintained in this project. This is an SAP-ISU project.

How can create report to get the all SAP transactions available to CSRs

The user like to have the format of report as follows:
SAP transactions      Transaction desription     CSR 1     CSR 2     CSR 3      u2026etc.
VA01                                     order entry      Yes     No     No
VA02                                     order change     Yes     No     No

( Of course the above entries donu2019t make any sense as u2013 Itu2019s just an example )
1) I think CSR means Customer Service Representative, where it is residing means in which table ?or How can I get CSR1,CSR2.....?
2)How can I get the all SAP transactions available to CSRs ?(first column)
3)How to find the which transaction is available to CSRs ? so that I can mark it is as Yes else NO

I am currently working in Product costing.As per my Functional specification i need to find the number of cost centers in a cost center group.we guess that this information will be available from a function modules.so can anyone provide all the function modules of sap.
