All I have beeen trying to do is to download a copy of Adobe Acrobat on a thirty day triall I intend to purchase this product before the end of the month but your website advertises trialls but when I click the download button nothing happens. Branching this out to a new discussion. What Adobe software are you trying to download? Do you receive any error messages? Which operating system and web browser are you using?
Also you mentioned sending us several messages? Where were you doing this? Did you contact our support team? I looked at your profile and I do not see any additional posts to this forum but the message above.

Open up the Adobe CC desktop application. There should be an Install or Try button, not a Download button, next to PS in the CC desktop app list.
It sounds like you’re using a browser with https://creative.adobe.com/products That page should work, too, but clicking the blue Download button is going to try to start up a program locally on your computer and you may have answered Disallow at some point in the past or you may have some internet security program that blocks such things so nothing is starting up.

Apps on the new iPhone 5 say they are open in app store but when i click on the open button, nothing happens.

I have a new iphone 5. When i download an app it doesn't automatically appear on the homescreens. When I go into the app store I can locate the app and it says it is open. However, when I click the open button nothing happens. I have tried turning off the phone, resetting and restoring. I have signed out of itunes and then signed back in. Nothing is working. When I sync with my macbook pro, I add the new apps to the homescreens and apply but they still don't sync. Please help!!

This is happening right now to countless users. I suspect a server problem. Wait a day and try again.Or let itunes update and then sync (itunes seems to be working for this, I just used it to update apps that do not appear in the update page on my device).

I am signed into my itunes account, yet when I go to buy a song nothing happens. I can press down on the button all I want but I don't get any pop up screens asking if I'm sure I want to buy the song or well anything.

I am trying to download/install Creative Cloud on Windows7 but when I click on the "Run" button nothing happens

The Creative Cloud appears as if it is downloading/downloaded, so I go to click on "Run" and my mouse and website window border flashes for a few seconds and then stops with no signs of installing the Creative Cloud.
Can you give me some indication as to why this is happening?

During installation , when prompted enter serial number and proceed with the installation .
If you had purchased upgrade serial number.
First enter Photoshop Elements 13 serial number .
Then it will ask for previous qualifying version serial number.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

sometimes the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.
And if it doesn't work still after that, as much as I regret it and as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

Most people have no problems with installing firefox as an upgrade, but there are quite a few things that can cause problems. Please have a look at the articles

Post back after you read them and say what you tried. Have you ensured you used an admin account, possibly needing to check the UAC setting, and that security software is not blocking the changes. You should certainly try starting in firefox's [[safe mode]] either from a menu/icon option or by holding the shift key as you attempt to run firefox.

You need a minimum of 10GB of free space for normal operations
You need to address that first - the best soution may be to get an external drive formatted Mac OS extended (journaled) and drag your iPhoto library to it - depress the option key and launch iPhoto and point to that library
Hopefully that will let you get started - there may be additional repairs needed

I thought I used to be able to share contact information with another iphone user via messaging. Recently I tried sharing both contact information and "note", but have been able to do so.
