I have some suggestions for you:
1. Create the module/event booking with 'Manual Conditional' flag. Then, when the advisor approves a booking, remove the conditional flag. If the advisor rejects, cancel the booking. Here, you need to create some kind of UI for the advisor to review and approve/reject the requests.
OR
2. Create the booking using a booking status such as 'pre-booked'.
OR
3. Don't create any bookings from the student side. Just create a booking plan instead.
OR
4. Look at a subtle process change that would let you use more out-of-the-box user interfaces/processes. Students simply request special booking authorization for the event packages they want. This automatically sends workflow approval messages to the advisor. Then, just have a general rule which blocks all bookings that don't have this special authorization. Once the student has a special booking authorization, he can just go into the course registration self-service and book the approved event packages.

I just got an macbook which I loving IT!!
However, I only have quicktime...
Well I transfer an AVI files to play onto macbook...
It doesn't work however so I downloaded an GOM Player which
it cannot installed onto it...

A free third party plugin for Apple's Quicktime Player called Perian (http://www.perian.org/) allows Quicktime to play a wide variety of video files, including most with the .avi extension. Also, make sure to download and install the FlipForMac extension ( http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/wmcomponents.mspx ) for .wmv files.

THANKS IN ADVANCEBecause of the buffering issue, it's difficult to give a good answer. If you just look at run times of database selects, you have to leave enough time between runs for the buffers to be refreshed. Instead, you might want to use transaction ST05 (performance analysis). You can use the explain function on each select to see how efficient (or not) it is. The results returned are calculated by the database and buffering is not an issue. But it may be difficult to compare differnt programs because you may end up trying to compare a lot of selects using a little time each against another larger select that takes longer.
For strictly ABAP processing, this isn't a problem.
What I would do is run each program a number of times one after the other and compare programs based on the least run time of each.
Performance tuning is as much art as science and there are other things to consider as well. For example, a highly tuned program will likely have more code and be more difficult to read and maintain. If the performance savings aren't that great, I would go with the simple program.

I have configured Cobra and COBRA Subsidy. I enrolled employee into COBRA but in IT0212 I have selected the subsidy check box but not able to get the subsidy rate, It is populating 0.00 instead of calculated subsidy cost.
In IT0211, subsudy tab is in display mode and I am not able to select the check box.

If you no longer use a PC you could format this drive for the Mac. However be aware that formatting a drive will erase all the data on it. So you would need someplace to copy the data off this drive to while you did the re-format and then you could copy the data back.
You could get another drive, format it for the Mac and copy the data to it. Then re-format the original drive and use it as a backup drive. Always good to have backups.
Post back with the drive type and size of the current drive, if you are doing backups now and how and if you still need to access this drive from a PC.

The guidance on minimum system requirements is mostly about what we will and won't fix bugs for. Flash Player probably works on Windows Server 2000, and we're not going to intentionally break it or prevent you from installing it, but we're also not going to fix it if it breaks. In instances where it's going to crash on launch or have some other horrendous out-of-box experience, like attempting to install on a PowerPC Mac, then we'll prevent the installation outright. -

I want to do some customized spend analysis reports of MM purchasing.The purchasing data will be retrived from 2 source systems ( 1 is ECC 6.0 and the other is R/3 4.6c ) And these reports should be viewed by "commodity" , however, there is no commodity code maintained in material master data.
So my solution is :
1. to find a idle field in material master data to maintain this "commodity", this could be flexible for me, however, it's not easy to push other guys to do this. ( I don't have the authority to do the master data maintainence.)
2. to maintain a mapping table in BW, and material and commodity(also description)should be the fields of this table. However, I don't think it's a good way. Because, this table is not easy to maintain and synchronized.

1. if you can make the guys maintain commodity in a idle field, you can as well make them enhance the material master and add a new field ... its upto the flexibility u have
2. i dont think thats a bad idea.. but i would prefer somebody maintain the same mapping table in source system and ask them to RFC it to BI .. so that u can use it as a look up table ... -

If you restore via iTunes make sure that autosyncing is turned off. Go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says prevent iPods...".
