Hi friends do the need ful regarding sales employee incustomer master

while creating customer master am getting partner has not been created.
please please give me the solution.
because.  I want to include sales employee in customer master.  How can i do that i used account group standard for the 0007 to create  sales employee.  With using xd01 i created  sales employee  like 9 number.  When am going to assign in customer master xd01, it showing that sales employee has not been created.
so please do the need ful

Let me throw some light on this.
First and foremost thing is How does you create sales employee? If you wants to create sales employee, you must used tcode VPE1 but not XD01.
Ple follow the steps as given...........
First create a account group for sold to party having all partner function assign i.e. SP, SH, BP,PY & SE (sales employee)
Then create customer master data using same account group.
Create sales representative using t code VPE1. Assign this sales representative number to customer master data under partner functions as SE & save it.
Hope you would get solution.

    The sales employee and user are independent entities in the system. But you can make connections e.g. using the user name as the sales employee name. Then the drop down in u2018Assigned tou2019 will allow a choice from the sales employees. If you donu2019t want to choose from all the users, you can differentiate the names belonging to sales employee (e.g. adding the u2018- s.e.u2019 to the name).

    I maintained Characteristis Sales Employee at COPA but when I run this report, there is no description name of employee appear. It just appear the Number of Sales Employee.
    I used table VBPA and field Name PARVW in Characteristic Derivation. In Sales Document I created Partner Functin VE Sales Employee.for characterristic and I ser VE Partner Function in SD Document.
    In Data Structure KMVTNR Sales Employee there is no Validation Check Table.

    You need to use Characteristic Derivations for this to work.
    In transaction KEDR, maintain a "look-up" and provide your Reference table as VBPA and your target field will be the COPA Characteristic that you defined for the Partner Function Sales Employee.
    Select the Characteristics that will allow you to determine the Sales Employee (Partner Function = "VE") and then map the KUNNR field to the COPA Value Field.
    This will allow the flow of Sales Employee Values into COPA and hence the description as well.

    By using udf i included in master data as additional screen,
    in  sales document i added collumns for respective sales employees d commisson as each three.
    this is think which i did, in this we have to select manually by using drop down list in udf column. but it has to come default if once i defined in master data of BP.  how do it

    Wat i am trying to say means,
    Generally in master data we are giving one sales employee and this sales employee is defaultly coming in sales order for respective customer.( If we defined the Commisson % for sales employee it also will come to sales order ), like this
    For me i want to add three sales employee in the master data and this employee's want to come in sales order  with thier respective commisson percentage.
    How do to this.
    Already i have done something which i mentioned eralier through UDF But i am not satisfied with that, pls give me a good solution for this.............

    hello, friend.
    even without HR you can create sales employees and assign them to sales documents, outbound deliveries and shipments by using partner determination.  you assign the sales employee in the "Partner functions in procedures".
    however, i am not aware of direct assignments of partners to shipment cost documents.  you may need to use ABAP to link the shipment to the shipment costs, and from there find the partner assigned.  i am sure this is possible.

  • Changing of Sales Employee in Sales order

    Dear Experts,
    We wish to disable the changing of Sales employee in a sales order in VA02 mode. However, in VA01 we need to keep it open for editing.
    We have also tried through the customising in partner determination procedure but could not achieve the desired scenario as it disables ALL changes to the partner, both in VA01 & VA02.
    Moreover, we have tried through the Function module MV45AFZZ, as one of the messages in the forum suggested, for a similar case, but unfortunately could not call up the particular field in there for the sales employee. At best it responds to KUAGV-KUNNR, where as the sales employee is much below that.
    The soonest help is pleaded for.

    Thanks for the prompt response, but we did try as sugested for the user exitbut unfortunately we are unable to call up the screen field : GVS_TC_DATA-REC-PARTNER for the purpose.
    You would recall that the said field is identified by the partner function VE (Sales employee) and we intend to identify and attack THIS field for our purpose.
    Any further pointers please?

    In the Enterprise structure while defining and assigning you have sales group. Sales Employee comes under the sales group which is assigned to Sales office. We also take the sales employee in partner determination as sales rep or sales employee.
    A sales employee is one who is answerable for all the procured orders from the field which he collect he passed on to the office. For statistical purpose sales employee is mantained to know what is the sales he brought for the company and from the company prespective, how much company is owing to the sales employee for his commission or bonus when he achieve his target.
    A sales employee is the vital link in real scenario, who communicate with the customer, understanding his needs, selling brands, upselling, cross selling informing them about free goods to create more sales for the profitability of the company and to achieve his target to earn commission.
    A sales employee is exclusively appointed by the company to manage sales in the given geographical location and responsible for the some amount of customers whom he handles, starting from sales merchandising, product promotion, procuring orders after enquiry from the customer and by submitting quotation. He is also sometimes involved in making contracts with the customer to send the goods to his location. In the scenarios of consignment sales, he is also responsible for monitoring the sales activity by monitoring the rack stock (which is a traditional method) , although now changed with the emergence of SAP availability checks.
    So in a nut shell sales employee although not very important to map in SAP SD module but depends upon the clients requirement , if they need we can map under sales group.
    I hope to certain extent I could help you understand the role of a sales employee. If you have still any uncleared area where I have not thrown light, You can certainly take my advice.

  • Replicating partner function (VE=sales employee) from CRM to ECC

    Hello, we managed to replicate the ECC customers and contact persons to SAP CRM.
    Now we also want to replicate to CRM the partner functions (VE = sales employee) of ECC that are linked to the customer in the sales view. When I replicate the object customer_rel they are not synchronised to CRM. I have maintainted the 'distribution of partner functions from SAP ECC into CRM and vice versa in SPRO.
    What are the different steps that I need to do? What am I missing?
    Should we be alble to see those relationships on BP in CRM once synchronised? If yes, in which relationship? Since the employee responsible is already filled manually for another function.
    Thanks for your help on replicating partner functions from CRM to ECC?

    Hi Anouck.
    If I've understood correctly, for that you must pass the employees from ECC to CRM first.
    You can do this by running report RHALEINI at ECC side, but you must configure some things first (like creating a CRM grouping to indicate the number range for employees, and to activate at CRM side this integration)

    try t-code VPE1 or PAL1.  even without HR, you may have to define certain HR organizational units in Enterprise Structure (e.g. personnel areas and sub-areas).

    Characteristic Name of Sales Employee in COPA report is not appear, it is just the a Code of Sales Employee
    1.I created Characteristic Derivation t.code KEDR Table lookup PA0001 using condition Origin GLOBAL USERTEMP1 until USERTEMP6
    2.During Test Analyze Derivation there was result “Derivation was not carried out. Reason: Not fulfilled” in Field USERTEMP6

    You need to use Characteristic Derivations for this to work.

    Hi,
    I need a report to see total sales by sales employee wise. We are using HR module and I am able to select sales employee in my sales order from the HR master. However when I run the report MCTI, I am not able to select the sales employee (no drop down available). I guess the issue is with sales employee data from sales order not getting updated in LIS. Can any one tell me the settings to update sales employee data in LIS.

    If you run MCTI without sales employee selection (use just sales org, distr. channel or whatever), what's the result? Do you see a bunch of zeros 00000000 under the sales employee column?
    In VPE3, are you able to find the sales ppl list under Personnel no. (with restriction to the relevant sales area)?

    in SAP BO you can add sales employee, but can not be erased. Number of buyers is growing - when you create a document (invoice, ...) list of sales employees becomes confusing. We would welcome the possibility of setting sales employee as INACTIVE. The documents would then be offered only to active sales employees.

    thank you very much for your comment. I would like to inform you we are currently working on de-activation of Sales Employee (S.E.) in B1, where option to define active / inactive S.E. will be available. Consequently inactive S.E. will be by default not visible in all relevant lists, however user will have an option to report all data for all existing S.E. due to backward compatibility.
    Other areas are planned to be covered in a future as well. Please consider this as a potential Patch candidate and not as an SAP commitment.

    I have senario where i wanted to give a commission to each sales employee. Also i dosenot want to create Sales Employee?bcoz HR module is not implemented?
    Is it possible to give commission to sales employee?
    Plz send what are the customization for the same?

    Sales commissions can be configured frm SD if they are simple in nature. This is done through rebates. If the commission and management is complex in nature then it can be done through ICM ( Incentives and Commissions Management )
    The following procedure details the configuration of the Sales commission for Employee. The problems could e at any one of the following steps.
    You need to create a partner function for sales employee, a copy of the standard partner function available in SAP. Then do the appropriate partner determination, that is assignment to the sales document and item partner determination procedure. Next step is to create master data for all your sales employees as Vendors, assign these masters you created to the sales order at item level.
    We can see the orders sales employee wise in VA05 provided we add the sales employee partner function in the index list under sales and distribution, sales, lists, set updating of partner index.
    In the  pricing procedure, we need to maintain a condition for sales employee commissions and choose whether you want to enter the commissions percentage manually or prefer automatic determination. Here we need to get an input from the client as to whether they have fixed or variable commission percentages.
    Create an accrual account key for this and assign it to the condition type in the pricing procedure and remember that the condition type in the procedure should be statistical and not relevant for printing.
    Next step is to make the settlements after the Invoices have been posted and the relevant commissions accrued to a G/L Account.
    Now settlements could be manual as well as automatic. If you choose to make automatic settlements, there needs to be a ZREPORT which makes a vendor payment posting or if the settlement is manual, you need to might be run a BDC periodically to post the invoices for the so called Vendors (Sales Employee)

    Use of Sales Employee in HR and SD
    When you access this in the IMG it creates two transport requests to
    transport the relevant HR tables from client 000. So I added these requests
    to the buffer and imported the requests into the development client.
    However, still when trying to access the funtion in the IMG it asks to
    create two more requests. Does anyone know what steps I need to take to get
    this to work. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong on the Basis side or
    whether this is an HR/SD configuration question. Running the below mentioned
    report just generates the same transport requests.
    This is the help text on the subject.
    Use Sales Employee Without HR
    In order to use the sales employee, you need an HR master record. If you do
    not use the Human Resources application component (HR), you can transport
    the HR tables that you need for creating, changing or displaying a sales
    employee from client 000 into the target client.
    Note
    In order to transport the required HR tables from client 000 into the target
    client, you must have two transport requests. Report RPUTRL00 is called and
    updates the Customizing and system tables in separate transport requests
    Report RPUTRL00 only copies the standard SAP config.
    You will need some basic HR config doing (switching off unnecessary fields,
    payroll area's , etc.) which shouldn't take more than a couple of hours
    Personnel area's (usually same as Company code)
    Personnel sub area's
    Employee Group and subgroup
    Action L1 may need changing (if the standard doesn't suit your requirements)

    mini-master was setup for 6 countries, config & testing took 2 days / 18
    hours. The doc doesn't say which fields we switched off but it should give
    you some idea of what was done.
