Secondly it is not realistic to expect an answer to ALL those questions in a forum. I would suggest either to buy book about SAP Netweaver/BW (Beginner's level) or search for the keywords you are refering to either in SDN or in the Internet. There are some SAP BW tutorilas available out there.

As per your first error, no delivery is posted for goods issue but on seeing your second comments, already many deliveries were PGId.
As you would know, whatever number displays under "Current number" is nothing but till that number, you have generated delivery documents. So check in Table LIKP or LIPS with those delivery references and post the feedback.

Hi,
It means that material unrestricted use stock is not available in that plant and storage location. may be stock availbe in Block stock, like quality inpection block stock, etc.. check stock through Tcode MMBE.
if it is available in block stock then transfer this block stock to unrestricted use stock.
Note:- movement type 561 is use for initial stock upload, once you are working in production system, it is suggested that naver use this movement type. it has major accounting impact.
