Hi Gurus, message star throw a http request as a trigger

Hi Gurus,
we want config a scenario where we get a http request as a trigger for start a message with JDBC-channel.
We have to select data from 5 tables with the value from the request and than transform this in a IDOC-Type and the receiver from the idoc is BI.
Have anybody an example for this scenario?
Thanks for your help.
best regards Michael

Hi,
I think need BPM for your scenario, according to ur requirement whenever got http request need to take data from tables and pass to IDOC.
i.e
HTTP-->JDFC--
IDOC

  • Going through messages in PI using http requests

    Hi,
    I'm researching for an external tool that will handle PI channels.
    I'm aware of the stop, start and status actions that can be used in an http request.
    But what if I want more detailed information?
    For example, if a channel is in status error, is there an http request to get details about the error?
    What about messages? Is there a request I can use to find out what messages came through the channel?
    So what else can I get using http requests besides the basic 3 actions?
    What about RFC calls? Can they be used to get more information on channels/errors/messages?
    Someone has a guide, about the http calls/RFC that can be used.
    Thanks!

    Thing is that one of the requirements is to limit the need to go to SAP and check the errors.
    Also, there is a need to watch for certain message, not necessarily if only error occurred and trigger stuff in my application.
    The tool I'm working on is an enterprise one that also interacts with other applications in the organization, so if I want to create dependencies between different applications covered in my tool I need to get more information than just the status of the channel.
    So, I hope for some additional http calls to get more information, but if there are none, then I'll have to do with what we have

  • When my swf in a html page connected with a socket server other http requests were blocked, how to resolve?

    I have used php to write a socket server(text chat server),
    then I use xmlsocket to write a client, I put this swf file in my html page, erverything of this client swf were ok: ervery clients could send or receive messages, but the other http request in this html page was unable to send(or receive) data from webserver,
    webserver and chat server were on the same server,
    and I have tried to use socket to instead if xmlsocket in my flash, but the new swf can only work in flash cs3, but it couldn't work in html page as the chat server can't send the security xml file to this swf, and I have also use Security.loadPolicyFile("http://192.168.139.128/crossdomain.xml"); to load security file, but it took none effect.
    Is there anyone can suggest me ?
    That's very kind of you!

    Hi Franco,
    Yes, I solved that by reinstalling Java 6 Update 21.
    There are three versions for Solaris namely, SPARC, x64 and x86. Our platform is SPARC and I think System admin has installed the wrong version instead of installing SPARC version of Java.
    After installing SPARC version of Java this got resolved. And I confirmed everything is fine by running a small program as below. You can run this program from command line using the -d64 flag. If the installation is wrong you will get the same exception as I mentioned.
    public class Analyzer {
          public static void main(String args[]) throws Exception{
               InputStream fin = new FileInputStream(args[0]);
               int iSize = fin.available();
               byte mvIn[] = new byte[iSize];
               fin.read(mvIn,0,iSize);
               fin.close();
               String strText = new String(mvIn);
               PrintStream fout = new PrintStream(new FileOutputStream(args[0]+".csv"));
               fout.println("Before,After,Seconds");
               Pattern p = Pattern.compile("\\[(?:Full |)GC (\\d*)K->(\\d*)K\\(\\d*K\\), ([\\d.]*) secs\\]");
               Matcher m = p.matcher(strText);
               while(m.find()){
                    fout.println(m.group(1)+ "," + m.group(2) + "," + m.group(3));
               fout.close();
    }Hope this helps.

  • Apex_web_service.make_request throws ORA-29273: HTTP request failed. How to get the soap fault XML?

    I am trying to call a web service using apex_web_service.make_request function.
    It works fine when all the parameters are correct. However, when something is wrong in the request XML, it throws an exception instead of returning the soap:fault message:
    ORA-29273: HTTP request failed
    ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1369
    ORA-29269: HTTP server error 500 - Internal Server Error
    ORA-06512: at "APEX_040200.WWV_FLOW_WEBSERVICES_API", line 130
    ORA-06512: at line 37
    I need to get back the soap:fault and parse it to display a proper error message to the users (e.g. what was wrong with the input), yet the call throws an exception instead of returning it.
    I am trying the exact same request from soapUI and it returns me the soap:fault below:
    <soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope">
       <soap:Body>
          <soap:Fault>
             <soap:Code>

             <soap:Reason>

             </soap:Reason>

                </ns1:RegisterFault>
             </soap:Detail>
          </soap:Fault>
       </soap:Body>
    </soap:Envelope>
    How do I get this back from APEX?
    Thanks!

    Hi,
       I've just run into this.
       If the webservice returns a fault, such as:
    <soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"><soap:Body><soap:Fault><faultcode>soap:Server</faultcode><faultstring>INVALID_REQUESTER_INFO</faultstring></soap:Fault></soap:Body></soap:Envelope>
       then the user gets presented with an unfriendly error message and there's no chance to output a more friendly one.
       The response above is seen when testing the webservice, when run from the Form/Report page, we get something like:
    soap:ServerINVALID_REQUESTER_INFO
    Contact your application administrator.
    OK
       When OK button is clicked everything is rolled back and we don't even get the fault XML.
       It would be good if Apex could be optionally set to not give the unfriendly messages, so that we could code such a message ourselves.
       Unless anybody has a workaround for this, I guess that I'll have to see if I can code this in PLSQL.
    Regards,
    Chris

    Hi,
    If you want to resolve this error when dealing with the messages, please try the cache refresh with the link:
    http://host:j2eeport/CPACache/refresh?mode=full
    And also go thorugh:
    - In Integration Repository/Directory go to menu Environment ->
    Clear SLD Data Cache
    - In R/3 go to transaction SXI_CACHE -> menu XI Runtime Cache -> Start
    Complete Cache Refresh
    MESSAGE EXPIRED:
    Increase the value of the timeout parameter 'xiadapter.inbound.timeout.default' under Services -> 'XPI Adapter:XI'
    to a higher value say '600000'.

  • Air application throws security alert every time 'HTTPS' request made to server.

    Have a look at the following screenshot.
    On click of next button, application internally sends an https request. Appliction throws Security Alert dialog. The text can also be seen clearly.
    Strange thing about this alert dialog is that, it appears every time when application send a request in given session.
    If I run the same thing in flex (i.e. in browser), it asks for SSL handshake and that is also only once. So why it is happening here in case of Air.
    Regards,
    Prithvee Zankat.

    Back up all data. From the Safari menu bar, select
    Safari ▹ Reset Safari...
    Check these boxes:
    Clear history
    Remove all website data
    Uncheck all other boxes. Press return. Test.
    If Safari crashes immediately on launch and you can't do as above, hold down the shift key and launch it by clicking its icon in the Dock, then try. Failing that, ask for guidance.

  • How to monitor BPEL process..? i want to see HTTP request message..

    Hi all,
    Is there any way to monitor BPEL process. In Jdev there is tool call
    HTTP analyzer but it only monitors process which are invoked from Jdev.
    Like Java webservices can monitored via that tool. But i want to monitor BPEL
    process. I want to see Http request message. It that possible.?
    thanks a lot.
    /mishit

    Any requests you want to monitor should be routed through obtunnel. So the webservice that calls your bpel process should use the url of the machine where obtunnel is located, and obtunnel should be configured with the details of the machine where the bpel process is located.

    Hello Julian
    This is a known problem.
    Cause
    - A user may have been added to a group in another ldap tree with a name, that is already existing.
    - When DTR retrieves the group from UME, we get 2 similar group names, but the groups may be different.
    - DTR cannot handle this and throws "Internal Server error"
    Resolution
    If you change parameter "ume.ldap.unigue_grup_attribute" to 'uid', DTR doesn't use the groupname,
    but the group-uid, therefore the group is unique.
    1. open Visual Administrator
    2. choose Services
    3. choose UME Provider
    4. Reset "ume.ldap.unigue_grup_attribute" with 'uid'
    5. restart the system
    Thanks
    Kenny.

  • DTRServlet - 500 Internal Server Error is returned for HTTP request

    Hi everybody,
    I've got a Problem with my DTR.
    Recently we've set up the new CE 7.2 System.
    The DTR has run until about 3 hours ago.
    I don't know what I've done that this error occurs, but I'm nearly shure that I haven't done anything that depends on the dtr.
    I went through the set up wizzard of "Connect Design Time for Visual Composer with NWDI" again, but nothing changed.
    Can you please help me with this issue?!
    Thank you and best regards

    Hello Julian
    This is a known problem.
    Cause
    - A user may have been added to a group in another ldap tree with a name, that is already existing.
    - When DTR retrieves the group from UME, we get 2 similar group names, but the groups may be different.
    - DTR cannot handle this and throws "Internal Server error"
    Resolution
    If you change parameter "ume.ldap.unigue_grup_attribute" to 'uid', DTR doesn't use the groupname,
    but the group-uid, therefore the group is unique.
    1. open Visual Administrator
    2. choose Services
    3. choose UME Provider
    4. Reset "ume.ldap.unigue_grup_attribute" with 'uid'
    5. restart the system
    Thanks
    Kenny.

  • Empty HTTP request received in SAP RFC test connection type G

    Hi all,
      While checking the RFC connection i am getting error,

    Hi,
      We are trying to connect to an external server. So, we are using Connection Type as G.
    RFC connection Test status is 500.
    But in our case, Idoc is getting generated but it is in the XI Box, throwing the below error,
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes" ?>

  • Application Web Service Control Manager detected AWEBSVC is not responding to HTTP requests

    Hi,
    We are using SCCM 2012 sp1 cu5 with one primary in the datacenter and a number of local DP's which are presently servicing 200 users, but will rise to 12,000. The Application Catalogue is installed on the primary server.
    Once a day we get the above error and the message id is 8101, and sometimes a user will have to click on install twice, with the first one failing (the ones that fail are normally with dependencies which are quite large in size around 250MB)
    I'm just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about, especially since we will be ramping up user numbers in the next few weeks, and if it could be down to volume of traffic, although the apps are downloaded to the users local DP.
    Also, does this design look suitable to service this amount of users, or should I have local application catalogues? The WAN bandwith between the datacenter and the user sites has recently been upgraded and is pretty fast.
    Thanks
    Jaz

    Hi Torsten,
    Message ID is in the SMS_AWEBSVC_CONTROL_MANAGER status log and equates to "Application Web Service Manager detected AWEBSVC is not responding to HTTP requests. The http error is 12002.
    Then, about 1 hr later in the same monitoring log I get Message ID 8102 "Application Web Service Control Manger detected AWEBSVC is responding to HTTP requests.
    At the moment it isn't doing this very often, just once a day at different times normally, but it has also logged this a couple of times as well. I guess it may correspond to multiple users accessing the web portal at multiple times, but wondered if
    anyone else has seen this behaviour and how it was fixed.
    Thanks
    Jaz

    Hi Jason,
    Application Catalog Web Service Point and Application Catalog Website Point; both are installed as per below configuration on same Server:
    IIS Website: Default Web Site
    Port Number: 80
    with default value for Web Application Name configured.
    For SMS_AWEBSVC_CONTROL_MANAGER component, I am getting below error in Component Status:
    Application Web Service Control Manager detected AWEBSVC is not responding to HTTP requests.  The http status code and text is 400, Bad Request.
    Possible cause: Internet Information Services (IIS) isn't configured to listen on the ports over which AWEBSVC is configured to communicate.
    Solution: Verify that the designated Web Site is configured to use the same ports which AWEBSVC is configured to use.
    Possible cause: The designated Web Site is disabled in IIS.
    Solution: Verify that the designated Web Site is enabled, and functioning properly.
    For more information, refer to Microsoft Knowledge Base.
    And awebsctl.log has the below error lines:

  • The MAC signature found in the HTTP request '***' is not the same as any computed signature. Server used following string to sign: 'POST

    Hi,
    When trying with Postman sending a REST call to Azure Storage Queues I get:
    The MAC signature found in the HTTP request '***' is not the same as any computed signature. Server used following string to sign: 'POST.
    The code I have for creating the Authorization Header:
    var accountName = "my_account";
    string key = ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["my_access_key"];
    DateTime dt = DateTime.Now;
    string formattedDate = String.Format("{0:r}", dt);
    var canonicalizedHeaders = "x-ms-date:" + formattedDate + "\n" + "x-ms-version:2009-09-19" + "\n" ;
    var canonicalizedResource = "/my_account/myqueue/messages";
    var stringToSign = String.Format("POST,\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n{0}{1}", canonicalizedHeaders, canonicalizedResource);
    stringToSign = HttpUtility.UrlEncode(stringToSign);
    HMACSHA256 hmac = new HMACSHA256(Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes(key));
    var signature = Convert.ToBase64String(hmac.ComputeHash(Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes(stringToSign)));
    var authorizationHeader = String.Format(CultureInfo.InvariantCulture, "SharedKey {0}:{1}", accountName, signature);
    return authorizationHeader;
    Anyone any idea what I'm missing/doing wrong?
    Additional question: do i have to create for every message I want to send a new Authorization header? Or is there an option (as with Service Bus Topics) to create a header that can be used for a certain timeframe?
    Thanks.

    One issue is with this line of code:
    HMACSHA256 hmac = new HMACSHA256(Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes(key));
    Please use the following:
    HMACSHA256 hmac = new HMACSHA256(Convert.FromBase64String(key));
    and that should take care of the problem.
    Regarding your question, "do i have to create for every message I want to send a new Authorization header? Or is there an option (as with Service Bus Topics) to create a header that can be used for a certain timeframe?"
    With your current approach, the answer is yes. What you can do is create a Shared Access Signature on the queue which will be valid for certain duration and then use that for posting messages to a queue using simple HttpWebRequest/HttpWebResponse.
    Hope this helps.
