when i save SCRIPT that asks transport request that script saved in my customized package .but when i go and see in my package that script not found.where can i see that script and how can i transfer SCRIPT.

Can you try below procedure to solve your problem.
Go to transaction SE03, then select search for objects in request/ tasks, then click on execute button. Then pass required options like PgmID, Obj, Obj. name (Example: R3TR, FORM, Form name) then Execute.

Can I just say however that as someone who has posted a first comment here and quite clearly never used a forum like this before, your comment unfortunately comes across as very excluding. It makes me feel there are a set of unwritten rules that I should know, and that I don't know them shows that the forum is not for me. In short, it's exactly the kind of response that stops people like me using forums like this.
I'm sure it's not intended to be received like this and I am sure that the way you have responded is quite normal in the rules of a forum like this. However, it is not normal for those of us who aren't familiar with forums and who only encounter them when they have a genuine problem. This is why I hope it is helpful to respond in full.
The reason I posted here is as follows. I was directed here by the apple support website. The original comment seemed to be the only one I could find which referred to my issue. As there is no obvious guidance on how to post on a forum like this it seemed perfectly reasonable to try and join in a conversation which might solve more than one problem at once.

Firefox stops responding when I try to play words with friends, eventually a box pops up about script

First, let me say I have the latest version of Firefox and Adobe Flash Player and Java Script. When I click to play Words With Friends (on pc) my computer starts racing and sounds loud and every thing freezes. If I try to click on slider or anything else, it says Mozilla Firefox (not responding), then it takes several minutes and a box pops up that says something about a script, do I want to continue or ?(I can't remember), after I click continue, I can play the game, but, at any given time Firefox will stop responding again!! A box also pops up from AVG saying that Firefox is using too much memory. Just an aside, I can play Scrabble on Facebook without any problems whatsoever. Please help, it is driving me crazy. Thanks

Sounds that you are missing the plugin that is used to play those videos embedded in Firefox.<br />
Your system details list doesn't show any media player plugin, so you will either have to check if the plugin(s) are installed, but disabled or install missing plugins.

You may need the new WMP plugin (np-mswmp.dll) because Flash always uses a dedicated player to play the videos and would never offer to save videos directly unless an extension is used.

A different question for "Old Comm Guy" about that quote for G4 PCI "YIKES" machines, mine has only 5 led's, but do fit the lighting sequence listed.

My G4 400 Mhz PCI "YIKES" machine has only 5 led's, none in DS4 or DS5, nothing there but the un-molested sodlier bumps (never has anything been there), and my lighting sequences are 7 & 8 are on together, the others are dependant upon keystrokes or other demands (mouse, etc.).
There are seven diagnostic LEDs on the Power Mac G4 (PCI Graphics) logic board.
DS1 = ATA drive activity
DS4 and DS5 = USB power for downstream devices (There is no DS2 or DS3 on the board.)
DS6 = Ultra ATA bus activity
DS7 & DS8 = Power Indication
In a working unit, these LEDs should be in sync with each other: both on or both off. If one LED is on and the other is off, there is a problem.
DS9 = CPU Bus
Now I have a problem that started when I opened the side to check the led's in operation, side was open for 6 or 7 minutes and I got the screen of death, darkened, need restart, multi languages. .... I had just cured the start-up problems I was having for a month, 10 days ago. It was the powered USB hub plugged into the machines back panel, instead of the K/B port, I did have the mouse to the K/B and hub to back of machine, swapped locations and it was fixed, even the dead printer came to life and began printing (hadn't worked for 10 months !!)
What cuased the "screen of death" was traced to a memory dimm / ram stick that died, a PC133, 256MB made by 16X8 (or XB), I swear I wasn't dragging chains over the M/B, or anything really stupid, (I ain't the sharpest knife in the drawer, but not dumb either).
The "death screen" has caued a big headache, very hard to get to Applejack, open firmware, ect., I have, but not with any consistancy, did them, did DU test & verify, all passed "GOOD" or "no problems", all this was done in "safe boot mode", but I can't get to "regular mode" after restart !! ... it just sits on the gray apple screen w/o the spinning gear / wheel for hours !!!
Any ideas would be nice to hear, I plan on doing a re-install or repair / restore from / with the install DVD tomorrow.
And a link to info. of which ram / dimm memory sticks I might use from the other machines I have here, a G3 B&W, G4 QS 800 DP, etc. what will interchange ?, if any ? ........... Thanks for any input you may have, ..... wayne146 .....

Well I tried following your instructions to the letter, as best my limited knowledge would take me.
I opened the "terminal window", then "terminal preferences", the proper radio button was already checked for the phrase you indicated, and the insert line / window had "/bin/bash/", grayed out in it, below that is the "declare terminal type" that was set to "xterm color", so I couldn't change the grayed out window, but I could make selections for "declare. term. type" ... I left that as it was at "xterm color".
In the bottom of the Term. Pref. window is a "Open a saved term. file ...." and a window to enter a selection, when I clicked on "select", it open a "finder window" ,<applications> with almost everything grayed out, not knowing what to do, I backed out of the finder window, and also I can't just type a command into the "open a saved term. file" window, it must be done with the select button.
So basically I'm saying this Unix stuff is all Greek to me, I would need more detailed instructions to follow to the letter, for me to get through this with any success.
And this is weird, while I was working in Yahoo mail and here in discussions I was in "Safe Boot" for several hours, with several restarts in "Safe" (the only way I could do anything) I was swapping and checking a few different RAM sticks with the diagnostics in "about this mac" (one had died when watching the led's). the one that died, return to the living & working world, ??????? ..... and this G4 400mhz "YIKES" machine, STARTED FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AGAIN (?????????????) SHUTDOWN W/ K/B BUTTON, RESTART W/ K/B BUTTON, So weird !!!
And anther bit of weirdness is that while the Apple Tech. info says this uses PC 100 sdram, every stick of memory in this machine has stickers on them from different makers saying that they are PC 133 sdram of 256 mb. ??? ..... Can this be true ?, has this thing altered itself or altered the RAM, to work with each other ???
After it started working "properly" (?), both Firefox and Safari crashed many times and often, so I dumped Firefox (3.6.19) and reloaded a fresh FF 3.6.19, as I may have done something to them by accident in my panicing and buggering around, even had a Screen of Death 1 or 2 times, and it restarted with only a push of the front reset button, restarted as if it was just turned on with no problems lurking in it's past. .... Also weird !!! ?????
The New FireFox (3.6.19) hasn't crashed since the new install, that maybe OK now, time will tell, ........ wonder if the wrong ram was causing browsers to crash ???? ... or is the ram wrong ??... why is it working ???
All the Ram stick were bought from "Chris", the Apple Expert @ RE - PC, here in Seattle, he also sold me this YIKES machine, so there was no mistake as to what I wanted the RAM for.
I have a spare G3 B/W 450Mhz machine that also has pc 133 sdram in it as well, same thing with it, bought from "Chris", and the Ram in it too. It only has OS 9.2.2 on it, I need to do the work around to put Tiger 10.4.11 on it. Later .......

Question about scripts in repeatbel sub-form objects

Hi,
I am working on creating a form which has a sub-form that can be repeated as many times as the user wants to. There is an ‘Add’ button which creates an instance of the sub-form on the form, when clicked.
On the sub-form I have 5 numeric fields say a1-a5 and 1 field say b1 which is the sum of all these 5 fields.
On the Main form I have a 2 fields - say t1 and f1.
The requirement is t1=f1+b1+(sub-form instance 2’s b1)+(sub-form instance 3’s b1)+ and so on …depending on as many sub-form instances there are that the user adds.
I have created Actions using the Action Builder such that when any of a1 to a5 fields are exited, b1 will be updated with the sum of a1-a5. At the same time t1 will be updated with sum of f1 and b1.
This works great for 1 instance of the sub-form. But when ‘Add’ is clicked and a second instance of the sub-form is added, then the script does not work as it did for the first instance of the sub-form. So for any instances of the sub-form added, when values are added to a1-a5 and the fields are existed, b1 does not get updated.
How can I fix this?

‘Total Hours worked this week’ is the t1 I was talking about. See how it gets updated when values are entered in any of the hour fields. It works fine with the default instance of the T100/Strategic/Advantage Customer Information sub-form as well. But when I click on ‘Add Customer’ button to add another instance of the sub-form, it does not work as expected.
Please let me know if it is still not clear and I can explain the issue.

Vjay's solution works great! Essentially, take out all of your other programming on the individual fields, and hard script the field you want the sum to show on. By directly referencing the fields, Adobe is able to tell the difference between one instance and another and doesn't get them mixed up. (I have found for some of these dynamic functions, the Action Builder doesn't really work, so you need to code by hand)
My only suggestion, would be to perhaps modify Vjay's code a little, and use Javascript instead of Formcalc. We have run into the problem where if a user is using the form from a webserver or something and hasn't actually been saved to the user PC, the Formcalc scripts won't run, only Javascript. But it all depends on how you are using your forms.
Here is your line of code changed to Javascript, in case you want to make that change. (there's really not much difference at all)

Converting plug-in of CS2 into CS(About Scripting)

About Converting pulg-in of CS2 into CS,
I have a problem in scripting process.
In CS2 pulg-in, I overrode
RepresentScriptProvider::AppendNthObject() and
RepresentScriptProvider::GetNumObjects().
But in CS, the arguments of the method of above are different from CS2,
and there is an error that says "cannot instantiate abstract class"
due to AppendNthObject() and GetNumObjects() were not found
when I compile the pug-in in CS.
Can someone tell me how I should handle these two functions?

i am print the item details in main window. for this i can write the external subroutine using itcsy structure.
   but my problem is in which position i can call this subroutine in main window text editor.

I am not sure about MEDRUCK ( I am a HR person). But you can call this subroutine anywhere (any window) before you access the variable from the subroutine.

I'm recently learning computer science in school and I am learning how to create some scripts. I'm having trouble in creating some type of script and I was wondering if someone could help me out on it. I'm not asking for you guys to write the whole script for me but some tips on what I should look for, etc. I know most of the terminology.
scripts with problems:
1) Write a program that calculates n!
2)Write a program that determines whether a given natural number is prime or composite.
3)Write a program with three integer variables, n1, n2, and n3. Initialize two of those variables, i.e. n1 and n2, with input from the user. Then swap the values of these two variables so that the value that was originally in n1 winds up in n2 and the value that was originally in n2 winds up in n1. Note: The third variable plays an important role. If you are having trouble, first try the next problem below involving the two balls and the three boxes.

1) Popular example which people would suggest you use recursion. If you want it simpler, use for loop. Google gives you tons of example.
2) Prime is only divisible by 1 and itself. So you would look for "%" operator for finding the remainder.
3) I think this one is pretty straight forward.
Actually, before posting these question, any idea in your mind ?

About script performance

Is there any way of disabling the screen updating while a script is running? It slows the whole thing down tremendously when every single update to a document is shown on the screen.
Other suggestions to improve performance are welcome (I know about the DoScript method to minimize the undo-history).

Try this to disable redraw:
app.scriptPreferences.enableRedraw = false;
and at the end of script just don't forget to enable it again.

Learning about scripting, XHMTL, etc.

Hi. I've used bother GoLive and Dreamweaver to produce a
couple of websites, but I'd like to understand more about the
foundations of how a website works. Specifically, I'd like to know
more about XHTML, PHP, ASP, scripting etc. I'd like to know
specifically what all of these are, and when I might need to use
what to create different functions.
I'm not looking to become a full-blown web developer. My
interest in this is primarily in being able to identify when I need
what outside help, and in being able to communicate with 'real' web
developers. I'd also be interested to know a bit of HTML, so I can
go in the back end of Dreamweaver and GoLive to identify what the
issue is, when problems arise. And hopefully to be able to fix them
myself.
My question is really in two parts - What do I need to know?
And where is the best place to find user friendly,
step-by-step guidance on whatever it is I need to know?
Perhaps someone could recommend a good book on the subject?
Possibly one that has supplementary publication, should I decide
that I DO want to go into this further ...

a brief guided tour.
It will help you understand the purpose of each technology,
and give you the ability to identify them when you encounter them.
I cut my teeth on O'Reilly books, and they have plenty of other
in-depth books should you find yourself need of more than a bird's
eye view.
Other publishers that offer a good selection of accurate,
useful books are: friends of ED, Peachpit Press (Visual Quickstart
Guides), and PoguePress/O'Reilly (Missing Manual series).

Beginner's question about scripting and deployment automation

I am new to the SAP and BusinessObjects world. I do production support for BusinessObjects XI R3.1. One of my functions is to deploy Universe.unv and WEBI Report files from development into QA and production. This is currently a manual process involving downloading files and lots of key strokes and mouse clicks using the BusinessObjects Client Tools. My question ->: is there a way to automate this process? Can I do this with the SAP scripting wizard? I am familiar with many different scripting and programming languages, I just need to be pointed in the right direction.

About script on form

I am building a interactive form, i got a problem about the script.
I want to use javascript to control the visibility of a field.
when I preview the form and set the form default preview property to dynamic form, I can see the right result.
but when I deploy my application and run in server, I didn't get the expected result. anyway the filed is visible. So is there any setting I have to make in the form?

I understood your problem.
Yeah, you have to set the form as dynamic form.
If you are using WebDynpro Java.. you have to write
the following code in the WDDOModify function of the view.. then your java script will work fine
