    The link given in the renewal email for Adobe Acrbat doesn't work and I can't find how to cancel this subscription anywhere on your site. Neither is there a easy to find contact us link. I have come to the conclusion Adobe are making as difficult as possible for us to cancel this subscription, driving me to use a public forum page to get an answer.

    You may try to trouble shoot  the issue of CC revering back to Trial by following:

I've been trying to cancell a subscription to a magazine from the AppStore but can't seem to find any email address to contact them.  I can't even find my account.  I've been billed thru iTunes, but can't find contact details for them either. I thought that I had cancelled it at one address but was billed for the next issue today so obviously I got that wrong.  I'm in Australia, if that makes a difference.     To turn off auto-renewal:
    From your Manage App Subscription page, choose an app subscription. 
    Tap the subscription category for which you want to disable auto-renewal.
    Tap On to toggle the switch to Off.
    You'll receive a confirmation message; tap Turn Off to confirm your choice.
