I don't understand. What "program" do you mean, and what do you mean by "rewrote"? If you mean that the iPhone has Activation Lock - that is, you restored the iPhone and now it's asking for the previous owner's Apple ID and password to activate the device - then you will need that information, or you'll need to get the previous owner to remove the device from his/her iCloud account:

If you can't reach the previous owner or he/she is unwilling to cooperate, then the device is unusable by you.

iOS 5.1.1 Software Update - just tried to update and it didn't work! Got to the final stages and was presented with error 1602! My screen now has the frozen image of the itunes logo and usb thing. Happened once before - funnily enough when doing an update back in November - I had to visit an Apple store to have the phone restored. found the real problem.
In my laptop where it couldn't detect the iphone and ipad, this folder is missing:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers
The ipad was wrongly using a microsoft driver.
I found the correct drivers in:
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\usbaapl64.inf_amd64_neutral_c111a aecb61e9a2b
Copy the contents to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers
After that, I had to update the driver for Ipad in device manager.
Ipad was found under: "Removable Devices", as a storage device.
Once that is fixed, itunes can detect ipad, and I can restore it.
Apple should really look into ensuring that folder doesn't go missing during itunes update process.

The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required
If you do not have that information you will not be able to use the Device.

Somebody told me this is hardware problem, I make change my battery and charging connector too.

Note : one is big issue that apple support team is also and giving good answer

I was given this phone last year as a present
i know, it was not new.. so it could have been on an other cell provider i am not sure if it was so at the moment that is all i can do

My contacts all got deleted from my phone, and was replaced with names and numbers of people I've never met before.

My phone was working as normal, then all of a sudden when I checked my text messages all the names of my contacts got replaced by their actual phone numbers. Don't understand your problem... Contacts sync with a compatible address book or cloud service. Contact records can contain names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, notes, or any combination of these. If you have records you don't want in your address book that you don't want in your contacts, then segregate them into groups in your address book and only sync the group(s) you want. If you don't want them there at all, then delete them.

In iTunes, try signing out of your Apple ID & then back in: click on iTunes Store on the left sidebar of iTunes, click on your Apple ID on the top right, sign out, sign back in. Then try to sync your purchased music to your phone again.

When I open a file from Camera Raw in PS this is smaller than the screen so I double-click with the tool "hand" to fit on the screen, but the picture loses sharpness and becomes blurry. If you magnify the image even only slightly with the tool "zoom" the picture comes back clear. In Camera Raw instead is always sharp. I solve the problem by turning off the graphics card in PS but often use plugin that need the graphics card otherwise the processing time is much longer. I ask for help.

I have 3 iPhones in my house and 1 apple tv.
I do NOT set a password on my apple tv, so any iPhone can send video to the tv.
Any iPhone can use the apple remote option also.
Just play a video and click that square with an arrow and play on apple tv. The video comes up from any iPhone in my house.
Same goes for pics, etc
