Hi - I accidentally bought an application
Hi - I accidentally bought an expensive application (£17 gbp or about $32) I just wanted to see the description of (to find out why it was so expensive). It downloaded so quickly that I couldn't cancel it. Is there any way I can delete it and stop my credit card being charged? As far as I know I don't have 1-Click buying set up so I'm surprised it didn't even ask me to confirm that I wanted to make the purchase. I hope I can return it otherwise I'm going to be left with a very sower taste in my mouth especially as the application (Aria Touch) is of no use to me at all.

I'm relived that I'm not the only one to have done this.
Just followed the instructions outlined above; Store > View My Account > Purchase History > Report a Problem. You then click the link beside the relevant application and select "I inadvertently purchased this application" on the next page with a brief description.
Had an automatic response from Apple to say that someone is looking into it and that I should have a response within 24 hours.... lets hope so.

Once you log in to that account change the email address to anything, it can even be fake its just a placeholder
After you do that you will be free to change your old email address on your appleID to the new one that is now free to be used as it is no longer attached to the other account. -

I accidentally bought the HD version of a movie for my daughter's nano. you can't watch HD on a nano. So I'm trying to figure out how to re-download the SD version. This help screen makes it seem like you can just correct the problem and just "download" the lower version. But when I follow the steps, I basically get to where I'm just having to actually purchase the other version. Do I have to pay to get the lower quality version after I've already paid for the HD version?
When you purchase an HD movie or show, in most cases the SD copy can be downloaded from your purchases area in iTunes. On the main iTunes Store page, go to Purchases under the Quick Links and then select Movies or TV shows as appropraite. Click the "Not On This Computer" button. Uncheck the "Download HD when available" box and you should then see the SD copies of the movies/shows and be able to download them.
Note that with digital copies from a Blu-Ray or DVD, if it comes with an HD copy, you normally cannot get the SD copy as well and have to purchase it separately if you want it.

I try to downloaded any application or update to my iPhone or my iPad but asked me a billing acount. In the past any time who I asked any application or updated it was free until one time I bought one application with my bank debit cards once every time since then every time I want to download an application or update shows my account problem and not receive another card.

I accidentally deleted an Application on my iphone 5 and with it lost important files. How do i get back these files. The last iphone backup sync was after this so I cant even access an older back up as I cannot find them. How do I get back my Lost files.
On your iMac launch iTunes and at the top next to the Apple symbol click iTunes > Preferences > Devices and tell me what you see. You last sync should be there showing only a device name. If you have an older backup it will be there as well the difference is it will be the device name with a date and time stamp. Sync and backups are two different things and there is a chance iTunes made a backup the first time you hooked up your iPhone 5.

You need to contact Adobe Customer Service:

Explain your situation and they will help you out. What they normally do is check whether you have already installed and activated the product. If it is not installed at all and/or activated, they deactivate the serial number and issue a new one and a download link for the MAC version.

ALERT to the possibility of bad use of FRAUD in FAKES APPLICATIONS to iPad in iTunes Store. I bought two applications: Word Office, and PowerPoint - $20,00 each-, because the advertising announce it's as Productivity Applications, able to work with them and consequently, to write, to save the works, to print, and else. But it's is ABSOLUTELY FALSE because this FAKE APPLICATIONS only PRETEND to be, but really its contains a BUNCH OF TUTORIALS VIDEOS!!!. So if you need applications to write, a make presentations or else, I strongly recommend PAGES, NUMBERS and KEYNOTE, the Apple applications and your money to be save and guaranteed!. I really think that the iTUNES STORE and the APPLEI STORE must to be policy ALL the applications products BEFORE authorized the sell in his official site!.

It may not be completely obvious, but it is, at least, categorized as Education with an, albeit small, disclaimer "(noted: this app is not the PowerPoint from Microsoft)"
The description is accurate, as it is all "What you can know" and "What you can learn" but they probably should use a different icon to avoid confusion. -

You probably cannot get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:
