Hi I accidentally erased my text/iMessage app from my iPhone 4. How do I reinstall it?

The built in app can't be delete, check your other app folders or screen.
If you still can't find it, go to settings - general - reset - reset home screen layout.

Hi guys i had a battery booster app i recently added to my iphone, took it off as i realised it did actaully boost my battery but it did have useful information on the app display itself. I had downloaded it again for free from itunes app store but when i hooked my iphone back up to my lap top it will not start to download onto my phone again..why is this? it should be automatic shouldnt it? how do i go about putting this app back on my phone again?

They cannot be deleted at all.
They are likely on another page, in a folder, or you have restrictions set.

If you backed that message up before you deleted it you can Restore from your backup. If not it is gone, but if you just need some information from it you might try a spotlight search for a keyword in the text.

As already provided, if you don't have such in your iTunes library, on your computer, then there is no way to put it back on your phone. Apps are DRM protected, so even if you found a copy somewhere, you wouldn't be able to use it.

The Messages app is part of the iOS operating system on your iPhone, so it can't be deleted. That's the good news. So, it may have been moved to a different home screen. You can use the Spotlight feature to search for the app on your iPhone. Here's how:

Removing or Permanently Disabling iMessage App from Secondary Devices (iPad)

Hi,
I've got a problem and I'm not sure the best solution.
I've used my apple id on all my devices (iMac, iphone & ipads); this way it's easy to manage maintenance in iturnes and app purchases.
I use the message app on my iphone and don't want to use it on my other devices (ipad).
I don't want the messages from my iphone to be displayed on my ipad.
It's too easy to turn on/off the imessage app from system preferences in the ipad, and the app itself (with the content) isn't removed even if turned off.
How do i remove the imessage app from my secondary devices or atleast unlink the imessage app between devices?

You can't delete the app iMessage.
You can turn it Off or "hide" it with Restrictions.

Workspaces are stored as XML files in your user profile on Windows or the user library on Mac, in a subfolder called, strangely enough, workspaces.
You may have run afoul of the new "content grabber" in the center of a frame that allows you to move the content without changing tools. Looks sort of like a dounut, or the center spot on some SLR camera focus viewfinders. You'll either love it or hate it, and it can be switched on or off in the View menu.
