Hi, I am trying to download IOS7 to my ipad. The programme has locked at the 'Choose a Wif-Fi network' page, a box says 'joining other network' but the page is greyed out and can't move from it. How can I clear this screen and finish the download. Thanks

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
After the device has turned off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

Phone says "New voicemail(1)" but if I log into voicemail there are no new messages. How can I clear this?
Oh no SN95GT50, great question. I am sure seeing that notification is annoying. What make/model phone do you have? If you have an Android device, you can go into Settings, Application Manager, Voicemail, Clear Cache. Let us know if you are still needing assistance.

hello can apple help me out.i am from Pakistan, i received iphone 4s as a gift, it was purchased in canada last march 2012. unfortunately its screen stopped working and inside screen when i try to look with external light. there was message "iphone disabled for 60 minutes" i tried restore but could not it downloads update but does not do anything i am heck upset its really something means to me alot. I tried to find out warranty claiming process but here in pakistan it has not been officially launched. Why so ? in a country where 50% people are using iphone and apple is not there? i was really shoked. well i really need help.please guide me how can i get it replaced or anything that can be claimed in warranty.it is still on warranty. But i am in pakistan where i can not find any istore where they deal with warranty. Please guide me i have studied alot and have read stories about people having same experience and apple helped them alot. I am amazed that i been giving marketing presentations on a brand which is not in my country but heared much "good" about you. and was having great experience of your device. Please dont make it true what i have heared about you.
Regards.Try restoring the iPhone to factory settings. If you are having difficult restoring, put the iPhone into Recovery Mode and see if that then works:

If not, or if a restore to factory settings does not fix the problem, then your iPhone may have a hardware problem. You can only get the iPhone serviced by Apple in Canada, so you will have to take the iPhone there or send it to someone you know in Canada who can get the iPhone serviced and send it back to you. The only option for getting service in Pakistan would be to pay some unauthorized repair shop to attempt a repair, after which Apple will no longer provide any service even in Canada.

It might be worth attempting a restart of the iPhone, and then a reset, should restarting fail to resolve the issue.

I can't print from Firefox - How do I fix this?
when I try to print from Firefox the print window comes up -I tell it to print - I get a window asking me to save the file -click save nothing happens -close that window I get a print error message. I can't print anything from Firefox.

Prior to a couple weeks ago when I clicked on the Fire Fox icon on my MacBook air it went directly to the Fire fox home page. Now when my computer has been off and I choose the Fire Fox icon, I get a message that Fire Fox is in "offline" mode. I then click the box "try again" it always comes up as usual. What can I do to get away from that "offline" message? I do not have the same problem with my desktop iMac.

Popup blocker is open(all popup should display), I have disabled all plugins. I have uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled 3.6.8. and still have same result.
The orange Firefox menu button is hidden by default on Windows XP.
You see the orange (on Linux gray) Firefox menu button if the Menu Bar is hidden.

You can hide or make the Menu bar visible via View > Toolbars or via Firefox > Options or right-click a toolbar.
If you need to access the hidden Menu bar then press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to make the Menu Bar appear temporarily. -
Was just watching an HD movie and tried to resize the window midway through. Now I get the error "This movie cannot be played in HD on this display" Yes it can I just was. How do I fix this?

You bought the phone from this lady right and she did not turn off imessage. Try turning off imessage and restart the phone. Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost). Wait a few minutes and turn imessage back on

Double tap the Home button to bring up the multi-tasking bar...tap & hold any app until they all start to wiggle...tap the red minus sign to remove every app shown. Tap the Home button when finished. Try to delete the app now.

Since installing Mountain Lion, Time Machine says says that my Free Agent Goflex (Seagate) external 2gb drive cannot be used as it is read only. I tried disc utility to repair permissions but that block is greyed out. The disc verifies as being OKI What next?
Ok, I solved this problem! I ejected the drive and then disconnected it both from the power supply and the USB connector. I then reconnected everything and powered it up again and Then went into TM preferences and chose the drive as the backup. TM did a new backup (well over an hour) and now works as advertised.
