I'm sorry you are having issues with the iMovie app you purchased for your iPhone5.
The first thing I would suggest is to log out of your iTunes Account on your iPhone, turn the iPhone off and then on again, and see if app finishes downloading/updating.
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Tap on your Apple ID account > Tap Sign Out

It sounds like you actually have a 2G iPod Touch which can only go as high as iOS 4.2.1. If it's an 8 GB iPod Touch it's definitely a 2G iPod Touch as there was never such a thing as a 3G 8 GB iPod Touch. See this article to help verify what generation iPod Touch you have.

Z10 not working at all please help in solving this problem
Z10 has been stuck in "Preparing Blackberry HUB" mode for hours despite several restarts and battery pulls. Five swipe solution to restarting HUB only results in screen flashing on and off. Frustrated. Any ideas appreciated. Phone calls too not working, cant receive email, text messages or launch applications although preview screen seems to be working.
Have reviewed other threads for solution with no success. Would rather not use security wipe option.

Pages and Numbers forces me to use automated Min and Max axes in order to display evenly distributed numbers. Because of the wide difference between numbers, the graph fails to presentably display the plots, particularly the negative data in Year 1 properly. Can someone please advise? I would hate to give up and go to MS Excel for this.

Some comments after reading the thread so far...
Numbers creates the chart with automatically determined Min and Max values determined from the data, but does not "force you to use" those values. See the Chart Inspector in Jerry's post, where he has set the minimum value manually by entering '-25' in the MIN box. For your values, I would use -3 million, for reasons noted below.
To get rounded numbers in the Y axis labels, change the number of Steps so that the number is a divisor of the MAX value. You may have to also adjust your MAX value to make this happen. A MAX of 21 million and 7 steps to there from zero will give you a label at each multiple of 3 million, as in the graph in your initial post. Set your MIN to the size of one step below zero (-3 million) and the number of steps to 8 to get these labels with the data shown.
NOTE: Rather than these long labels, I would create a separate array of same values divided by 10^6, use that as the data table for the chart, and add an explanatory '(Millions)' to the chart title.
To suppress labeling of the minimum value, use the popup menu showing 'Choose Axis Options' for the Y axis. Uncheck the 'Show minimum value' item.

Can you please help me fix a crackling/distortion problem that i have with AA when recording?
I've read before on the forum that some other users have the same problem and I've tried quite about everything to fix my problem as well, but still no result.
When I record, be it in AA 1 or in AA 3, i sometimes end up with channels being distorted (randomly!).

I think it's important to say that I've been having this problem starting only a few months ago, though I haven't reinstalled Windows or anything. I'm working with windows XP SP3. I think (though i'm not sure) the problem occured about the same time I've updated my M-Audio drivers to version 5074. I've also tried disabling C1E as I've read on this forum on another topic and no result.

I see you're having your issue in WinXP SP3. One guy (see post 43 on page 5) reports it in Win 7 with this driver. People have reported better success with the 5069 driver but that one has been reported to lock on shutdown in Win7.

Same driver, Win7, different M-Audio card, different sound program, but crackling/sizzling. Fix reported by OP in post 14 by adjusting BIOS settings:
Disabling EIST (Enhanced Intel Speedstep Technology) and CPU C state in the power section of the BIOS made all the crackle sizzle go away!
There's a checkmark in the last window in your screenshots for that one. Also discussion of suggestions to adjust latency, etc., in soundcard which didn't fix it for him but may have for others.
If those give no joy, please post motherboard brand and model.
