There are two kinds of iPhones, one that is locked to the carrier you buy it with, and one that is unlocked, ready to use on any service provider. Do you know, in U.S. dollars if you please, how much you paid for it? Another option would be to find the appropriate phone number for Apple in your area, and give them the IMEI number for your phone. This can be found by going to Settings, then General, then About, and the IMEI.

Please help me how could i unsubscribe my I phone 4s.What you should have done is purchased your phone in India, now you know why. If locked to AT&T, you'll have to contact AT&T. But, if you don't have an AT&T account or have never had an AT&T account, they won't unlock the phone for you.

For contact [email protected]Sounds like the Activation Lock is still set to the previous owner. If you are unable to get that Apple ID and password that iPhone is totally useless to you.
Take it back to the shop and demand your money back because they sold it to under false pretenses.

You should be able to:
Backup the device to the new windows installation
Transfer your purchases into a newly authorized library
Recover any other media using third party tools as suggested in this post from forum regular Zevoneer
Restore the device from the backup
This process should switch the association of the device to the new library, preserving the data and settings in your apps.
May also be prudent to attempt a backup to iCloud directly from the device before you start... Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > iCloud Backup > On. It won't save any media but it would preserve the general account settings and documents in case anything goes wrong while you are trying to extract your other data.
When you get it all fixed, make a backup! (Windows tip). For a Mac use Time Machine or Carbon Copy Cloner.

So, I'm wondering to know that there is an INTERNATIONAL warranty for iPhone, and is it valid in Thailand (warranty). Would it be able to be claimed at the iStudio in Thailand?
There is NO International Warranty for the iPhone. Your best bet is to purchase one in Thailand. If you purchase a phone in France, you will NOT get warranty service on it in Thailand and will have to return it to France (or any EU country) for warranty service.

Unlikely as you do not meet there requirements for unlocking.
Have your friend the provided the phone contact them. Based on your statements I am concluding he was or still is an AT&T customer, that is one of the requirements of getting the device unlocked. -

It is not possible. You have hit Activation Lock, an anti theft measure. The last owner is the only one who can unlock it with their Apple ID. Tell them to go here

Sounds like you bought an AT&T no contract phone. You will need to contact AT&T for unlocking but they are only doing so for current and previous account holders. If you have never had service with them they will not unlock your phone.

Contact the original cellular provider, as they are the only ones that can provide unlocking.
