I’d like to try to summarize various issues related to FBP sign-in failures reported in this thread to hopefully provide better clarification on current known issues and their workarounds. From what we know so far there are 2 distinct issues wrt FBP sign-in failure with different workaround:
1. When user launches FBP or in FBP offline state, clicking on “sign in” link or menu does nothing. No sign in dialog is shown and no error displayed either in FBP. Current known workaround is:
Uninstall Adobe Creative Suite on the system
Apply the cleaner @ http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
Reinstall Adobe Creative Suite
2. When user launches FBP or clicks on “sign in” link or menu, “Sign in to Creative Cloud Membership” dialog comes up, when user enters DPS credential and click on “sign in”, and error dialog is displayed with error [IMS_ERROR_IN_SAVE_USER_DATA] and the user cannot sign in. The known workaround is:
Close FBP and Indesign;
Deleting /Users/{username}/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db or just remove the entire OOBE folder;
Restart InDesign and FBP;
When the user clicks “sign in” again and enter the DPS credential in “Sign in to Creative Cloud Membership”dialog to sign in, FBP should be able to enter online state and show all the folios in the account.
DPS engineering team is actively investigating the root cause of both issues. Before a fix is available, if you encounter either of these two issues and the problem still exists after you tried the workaround, please report back to forum.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode. -
I have an iPad 1. I downloaded PrintCentral Pro and also the Bonjour Printer Wizard as prompted. I still can not print. What am I missing? I am new to this...Please help. Thank you!
Depending on what you are trying to print you may have to print from within the app. For example, to print an email or web page you have to open what you want to print from print central pro. If your printer is not a supported printer there is another app from the same developer that allows you to print from your iPad to your printer via a wired pc. You may want to drop them an email. They have pretty good customer service and respond to emails very quickly.

I'm having difficulties signing into the Folio Builder panel from InDesign. When I click the Sign In link, another window opens and I input my Adobe ID details (I know these work because I can post on here), hit ok and nothing happens, I don't even get an error message!
I am running the following:
Windows 7
InDesign CS5
Folio Builder Panel 1.1.3
I am not running CS5.5 because I have been asked to look at the plug-ins for CS5 (folio builder and overlay creator) and see if it will save on the cost of upgrading our whole team to CS5.5.

Can't sign in to Folio Builder - Urgent deadline
I keep getting the error message 'Sign in has failed [svr Unknown]'
I am using CS5.5. I originally installed V1.01. This didn't allow me to log in so I downloaded 1.13.2. - I can't install this because I don't have OS 10.6!!
I am operating OS 10.5.8 and cannot upgrade to 10.6 as my machine is an iMac circa 2006. OS10.6 is a system requirment for the latest version of Folio Builder it seems.
Please can someone get back to me urgently with a solution to getting my Folio Builder to work as I have created a publication that needs to be uploaded for iPad tonight!!!
Thanks in advance!I'm pretty sure you are out of luck if you are on OS 10.5 You can try installing the older version of the folio producer tools from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/collection.jsp?collID=4&platform=Macintosh, but that won't impact the version of folio builder panel that's installed. You have to have the latest version of the panel.
Note that we have never supported 10.5, although in past releases it did happen to work. The system requirements at http://www.adobe.com/products/digital-publishing-suite-pro/tech-specs.html have always indicated 10.6 is the minimum.

"Clear the Cache":
*Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
You can check if there are entries in the password manager with an empty user name.
Make sure that you haven't saved multiple (uppercase, lowercase) versions of that name and password.
Remove saved Password(s):
* Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: "Saved Passwords" > "Show Passwords"
If you click "Never" then you create an exception that needs to be removed. -

Just called AppleCare. They walked me through the fix.
Go and sign out of your account under the Settings > iTunes Store menu.
Go back out to Setting, then under the General menu, scroll to the bottom and select Restart.
When the machine restarts, go back to the iTunes store menu and sign back in.
In a moment, your available rentals should again show up in the top menu bar.
This is an upgrade to 6.0 problem.

It started with my itunes not being able to update and it said errors. Then I uninstalled multiple programs the forums told me to do. Still had errors trying to uninstall. Then tried to reinstall, errors. Then tried to go back and restore my computer to a previous time when Itunes was working. It has disapeared. The programs I have tried to "repair" in ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS are:

APPLE SOFTWARE UPDATE
BONJOUR
QUICKTIME
The error says: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
I thought I uninstalled all these programs, but they are still there, yet I can't find Itunes to open it. I tried connecting my Ipod to see if Itunes would open and it won't.
The only thing I can think of is to wipe out my whole computer to the basics and start over?!?!

I just recently purchased a iPhone 4. I am using it as Prepaid for Verizon. I only get a certain amount of data time, and was trying to use the wifi at my house in order to do somethings online without using my prepaid data, but for some reason it will not pick up the wifi at all, and when i try all the different things I have been told to try it still does not work, how do I get the wifi to work?
You didn't say what you have already tried, but if you haven't already done so, power-cycle your router (unplug it for 15 seconds then plug it back in), then on your phone go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Reset Network Settings, then try joining your wifi again.

As you have already used the Deauthorize All option once and it cannot be used again before it completes One year. So the best option is to contact Apple Support and Ask them to Deauthorize All your system Associated with your Apple Account and then Authorize your Computer one by one and in future make sure to De-authorize your Computer beofre Formatting it or selling it to someone as Apple may do it for you as a one time exception.

DPS is no longer supported for CS5 and CS5.5. You need CS 6 or CC.

Problem with Maverics: Can not sign in to App Store, Mac slow, Aperture not working
I was using a Mac Book Pro 15" supplied with Snow Leopard. I have created an ID and used it to purchase apps such as Aperture. After buying an iPhone 5S, I wanted to share the contacts and was suggested by the seller to upgarde the Snow Leoprad to Maverics and use the iCloud. After installing the Maverics following happened:
- I can use iCloud and share the contacts, mission completed
- the Mac is running slow, really slow (as an old pc)
- Aperture can not be used, a major problem since all of my photos are stroed on an external disk via Apeture
- I can not sign in to App Sore to refresh my purchases and see if there is an update for Aperture
- I tried to sign in by clicking the forgot password and entering my ID (e-mail address) but have received no mail - total mistery
- I also see that the HP 7610 printer icon is not active and assume that will also be a problem
What should I do? I need a fast running computer. I need Aperture, all of my private and business photos are accessible only via Aperture. I can sign in with the same ID/password on an iPad. The problem is obviously due to installing the Maverics. I do not have a time machine/capsule.
Urgently need support, please help.

Do other logins with your Apple ID work? E.g. icloud.com, iTunes, ...?
Correction: I did correctly enter my Apple ID and its password. And there are no parental controls.
But I found a fix: I went to the Featured page and it showed me as logged in. I clicked the Account link and in the pop-up for that entered my Apple ID and Password. Now I can once again see my Purchases.
It would seem to have been some undue delay or glitch at the Apple server end. -
