Hi there, I cannot access my books on iBook . It says: cannot find resource. What can I do?

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPad shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).

Uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling should not affect your library. You should backup anyway.

Try this:
1. Settings>General>Date & Time>Turn off set automatically
2. Set date one year ahead
3. Go back to iTunes and try again.
4. You will get the same error.
5. Go back to settings general date and time and turn back on 'set automatically'
Try connecting to iTune Store again.

Sounds like there may be an issue with your Creative Cloud installation that is causing the software to crash. Sign/log out of your apple account then log back in. It will then allow you to use the US store.

I cannot access my address book now that I have updated to Snow Leopard.

I bought Quickbooks 2012 for the Mac, which required that I update my OS to Snow Leopard (at least.) So I purchased it online (not available at apple stores anymore.) And Installed it. There are a lot of reports of people having this problem (including me). The Apple iTunes store has been having other issues as well (some speculate it might be related to the recent Lion release).
You could open a case with Apple, or you could just wait it out. I'm sure Apple is in the process of fixing it since this seems to be hitting a lot of users.

TS3899 for several months now i cannot receive my email. it says cannot get mail the connection to the server failed.

the note says the connection to the server failed. i can get everything else off the internet but not my mail. i think i was checking out the icloud and might have accidently done something with my email to make it stop being available to me. how can i check out the icloud issue? Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

WRT54G - Cannot access internet but iMac airport says internet connection is fine... what's wrong?

I use a WRT54G wireless router connected to Mac. All of a sudden, I became unable to access certain websites on my iMac, such as Facebook and Apple homepages. But i can access Yahoo website. I tried resetting my linksys setup but it doesnt solve the problem. When i access my iphone via wifi at home, i am also unable to go into app store, facebook app, and emails with images won't load. I also cannot link my iphone to itunes on my iMac. What happens on my computer when I surf the internet is that the page just loads halfway and stop "responding". But my imac airport says that my internet connection is fine, however my access has become very "restricted". Can anyone tell me what's happening and how to resolve it?

HT4906 My ipad 4 is stuck. Icloud says it cannot access my account. It says go to settings. I went to the settings on my lap top but I can't access the settings on ipad. I pad gives me a choice of ignoring or going to settings. None work. frozen.

It tells me to review my account in settings. I tap on settings and nothing happens. My ipad is frozen. I can even shut it off. This icloud message stays on the screen and nothing works. I've looked at my settings on my lap top and everythings is okay. I bought the ipad in Palm Springs area. I can't remember if he set up I cloud for me there. Now I am in Canada. I updated my lap top to Lion so I would get I cloud, too. Should't the passwords be the same on both units when I access icloud. Something is not right. Do I throw my ipad 4 away! It won't do anything with this icloud message on the screen. Can't even cancel it. Can anyone help?
