I know this question has been asked before, and I have followed previous threads' instructions to download windows cleanup utility, but when I successfully install it, I cannot find it on my computer. Please help!
And whoops, my bad for posting this under iPod touch, I'm concerned about getting music onto it and cant with my older version of iTunes.

Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try installing iTunes again. Does the install go through properly now?
(If you do find a clean download site for the correct version of CleanUp, please don't tell me where it is. Without wishing to sound paranoid (although I grant it does sound paranoid), there is a non-zero chance that posting links to download locations for the utility here at Discussions leads to that download location being shut down.)

(Assuming that the QuickTime and Safari messages were also citing bonjour64.msi, you should also then be good to go with those installs too.)

This is an issue that Apple deals with quite often. You have to download and reassign the MSI files to the affected components.

I tried to uninstall iTunes, and it would not uninstall. Hello. I have a DELL Laptop with Windows 7 (64-bit). I've always installed/downloaded the newest up-to-date iTunes. Hello. Actually I FINALLY found a SOLUTION that works. It worked for me, I hope it works for you. Go to this website: http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall click RUN NOW and follow the instructions. This "fix it" will uninstall iTunes completely! (without having to remove any other apple-related programs). Make sure when you click on iTunes you choose to UNINSTALL it. Just let the "fix it" do the rest and whatever windows pop up just ignore them. Let the process complete until the "feedback" window from the "fix it" program comes up. Then you should see the desktop shortcuts are removed, if not: try double clicking on it as if you were to open the iTunes program and a message will come up saying "this program has been changed/removed..." then click the option to erase or delete. Then go to apple.com, download iTunes 10.5 (compatible for 64-bit windows) and it should work. IT WORKED FOR ME!! I hope it works for you. Let me know :)
