What is important is how much free storage you have on your iPad not how much storage you have on iCloud ( which must be 17.2 GB of 25 GB).
Look in Settings > General > Usage > Storage

I would try poping the sim card out and then putting it back in. Therer is a small hole in the side just stick a pin in it and pop the try out and slide it back in. If that doesnt work back your device up and then restore it. If that still doesnt work go to your phone comany.

I want to use my IPOD Classic 160gb for notepad entries in addition to the music and books I listen to. It is set to "Open ITunes when connected to computer" and "manually manage music and videos". Settings>Store (or iTunes & App Stores if you are running iOS6)>Apple ID. Tap your son's ID and sign out. Sign in with your ID and password.
You shouldn't lose the music, but if you try to update any apps that you bought with the family ID, you will have to use that password that is linked with that ID in order to update.
Avoid downloading past purchased content with the old ID if you can since you will associate the iPad with the old ID for 90 days and you will lock yourself out of your own, new ID for that period of time. Read more about associated devices in iTunes here.

Cant open itunes on my computer
For some reason I can no longer open itunes on my computer. I was able to up until a month ago. When I connect my iphone, it does not automatically open either. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling without help. I am running windows 7. I have downloaded the itunes for windows 7. If anyone has suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it as I am terribly frustrated now. Thank you.

Just did a full uninstall of all Apple software (manually also as described in tech note).
Can't find anything else, other than I can't seem to upgrade to iOS 5; one app (NewYorkTimes) refuses to be moved and does not show on left column of iPod apps (but does show in the Apps purchased). I've reinstalled directly to iPod but can't figure what is corrupt.
#2: high res photos and tells me I need to synch photos
I just had two hours with frozen system and cancelled the Sync on the iPod and shutdown/power off the PC. It showed what looked like 99.99% download and install process.

Very frustrated and confused, still....The only clue I have is when I go to Device Manager I see an error for device;

So the error "this device cannot start (Code 10)" and the error mesages about the hardware leave me thinking Apple's device driver support is at fault and is an issue if not THE issue in all this. -
Not automatically opening iTunes when connected
I used to connect my iTouch to my computer and iTunes would automatically open, now it doesn't. The only preference I see that would do it is when I connect the iTouch and manually open iTunes then I see my iTouch under Devices and I click Summary and under options I check "open iTunes when this iPod is connected" yet it doesn't open when I connect. Any ideas? Version 4.3.5 30 GB - iTunes version 10.4.1
Found the answer. It's a slight variation on a post from a few years ago on the same problem. Go to the iTunes application - right click - go to show package content - then contents and instead of going down to resourses go to MacOS folder and then go to iTunesHelper and drag it over to the login items in the accounts area in your system preferences. It worked for me so far.

So; i finaly got to update my Mac to 10.6.5. Following a update of iTunes to 10.1. A few days after i recieved my iPhone 4 and updated that one directly from the box to 4.2.1.
The "Open iTunes when this iPhone is connected" are checked.
Prefs->Devices "Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads fro.." are NOT checked.
And still iTunes don't start when i plug inn my iPhone. Anyone knows if there are there any fixes for this?launch *Activity Monitor* and look for a process called iTunesHelper.

Hi, I can not open iTunes unless my computer is connected to my work network. I have tried to uninstall and install and nothing. I have tried to upgrade quick time, no luck.
HI, there is no error message when I try to open iTunes, it just hangs.
In regards to the location of the media folder it was located on the network however I changed it to a local directory. Should I try unistall and install with the correct media library? -

Suddenly can't open iTunes on my computer
I can't open Itunes on my computer. When I try a window pops up and says:
"The iTunes Library.itl file is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have write permission for this file."
Any help? I've tried removing iTunes completely then redownloading it and I still get the same message. I've been able to use iTunes before this all this started. If anyone has any way to help please let me know, I would really like to be able to use iTunes again. Thanks

PSE8 aborts after uploading files to photosharing sites
I am having a completely reproducable problem in PSE8. If I am uploading images to SmugMug (or another photosharing site), lose my Internet connection, specify 'try again latter,' and reboot my computer, I cannot restart PSE8; the program aborts and
