hi sir/mam i cant register my imsg also the facetime everytime i log in my apple account always said "could not sign in please check network connection and try again" but i have WIFI also 3g

Try to unsign and sign in again.
For FaceTime and iMessage chosse to use your email address instead of your mobile number.
Go to Settings>>Message>>Send&Receive and set your email address.
If it is still not working, unsign your Apple ID and select your mobile number ("+" "country code" "mobile number").
Also check in: Settings>>Message if you turned on iMessage before. Here, turn off "Show Subject Field".
Did you turn on iCloud as well?

If the machine is brand new I don't see why the serial Number is missing (it is entered on to a special chip at the factory)
However if the machine is a return and has been refurbished then the Logic/mother board may have been changed and someone forgot to put the info back to the new board.

Ipad air cant sign in imessage and facetime for ios 8.1.2

Before I make this topic, I read a lot of topics about the same problem as mine and I cant fine any solution. So my problem is: after updating to 8.1.2 for my ipad air, I have to sign in my imessage and facetime again and it says: "Imessage or Facetime activation. An error occurred during activation. Try again."
What I have done is
     _ Set Date&Time automatically,
     _ Set My info to my contact number
     _ Reset network setting
     _ Sign out icloud and sign in again
     _ Sing out apple ID and sign in again
So, is there any way to fix the problem now or we have to wait from the engineers?

Hello. I recovery my iphone and update my version the latest. I cant register my iphone and i cant use my iphone as a phone. what can i do?

Maybe they have not reported the sale (and the serial number) to Apple yet. Though that should have nothing to do with activating iMessage or Facetime.

IOs7: iPod Touch 5. iMessage and Facetime not working.

I just updated to ios7 and now imsg and facetime aren't working.
It asks me for my Apple ID usename and password and then I get a message that says "Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again."
I am in wifi and internet is working. I know my Apple ID usename and password are definitely correct.

You might also want to try resetting your network settings and resetting your iPod if that doesn't work.
Reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Your credit card info, billing address must be the same country as the iTunes store country you registering.
For example, you can’t have a credit card from a U.S. bank with a U.S. billing address registered in the iTunes store for China.
I tried to change my payment information too, but it happened the same, I can change the information but when I get to the state part, it only shows the other country states
Remove all payment info and save it.
Then change the iTunes store country to U.S., add a U.S. credit card with a U.S. billing address.
As previously suggested, if this does not work, contact iTunes store support.

I can't sign in to Facetime and iMessage..Done reseting the password of my apple ID.restored iPod Touch as well but still cant sign in to iMessage and Facetime. Please HELP.

No one here can help you, nor can/will Apple. Unless you can get that info, you won't be able to restore the phone, to sell it, or re-activate it.
You need to somehow get back in touch with your girlfriend & obtain this info, or all you'll own is a paperweight.
