Hi. I cant seem to open bridge. Help
Hello. I have Adobe CC 2014 on trial, and can never open Bridge. I have tried Run As Administrator to allow changes to be made to compute, but still no go. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still same problem. Help
Me neither! Just updated today and now when I try to open files I get this:
Acrobat could not open 'anyfilename.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).
To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then print the document to Adobe PDF.
prior to the update I had no problem opening my files.

I cant seem to open some photos on Iphoto. I downloaded like 3 months ago from my phone into the iphoto. I could access ALL of my photos back then but when I try and access them now I cant seem to open the file. When i open iphoto and open the folder thats on it, i can see ALL the photos that are there but when I click on different ones some appear in the larger screen but A LOT of them dont appear. Iphoto seems to have erased the file or I dont know.
Also I tried clicking on the photo that doesnt appear and making it "Reveal it on finder" - "original file" and it says 'The operation can’t be completed because the item can’t be found.".
I really want those photos because they involve a really special family vacation, please help me find those photosA LOT of them dont appear.
What do you see in the window when you click on those? A blank, black window? An exclamation mark? What? -

That's because you can't change your iCloud email address.
You can change the AppleID address associated with your iCloud account at http://appleid.apple.com/
Or you can setup a new email alias to your existing iCloud address: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mm6b1a490a
But you cannot change the primary email address for an existing iCloud account. If you want a completely new iCloud email address you need to create a new iCloud account using a different AppleID. -

The app is for iOS devices. If you want to access Find my Phone on your computer you need to do it through iCloud.com.

can anyone help me please.It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient, and try variations of what the KB recommends. When successfully into Safe Mode, think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.
If you can't get it into Safe Mode, then more drastic measures may be necessary, all resulting in complete data loss on the BB -- hopefully you have been following a diligent backup process with your BB:

The accounts that I want to delete are hidden from the Users in Control Panel.
When I go into Finder and click on the User folder, I have two guests account (only one is visible in the Users in Control Panel) and two admin accounts (me and again, only one is visible in the Users in Control Panel). The duplicate admin account is messing up with writing/reading/permissions now and I can't figure out what to do. -

xI had to change my Panasonic RW2 files to open in Photoshop Camera RAW. Just select one of the images in the Finder and Get Info on it (Command-I). You'll see this:
Select Open with... to whatever app you want to open the file type and use the Change All... to make the same file type open in the app of your choice when it's double-clicked.

You could have more 5 computers authorized if you ever, for example, reformatted a hard drive or replaced a hard drive without deauthorizing the computer first. You won't lose any data. Mistimp is correct, they can't tell you which computers are authorized. -

To download iPhoto backup up your iphoto library and download from the App store
To open it click on it in the Dock
You can not "download" the iphoto library - it is only local to you - the Application is downloadable - the library is yours

I cant seem to download the latset version of itunes onto my laptop computer. I keep getting this error HRESULT: 0x8007054F. Dont know what that means. Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi tKalra - I got the same error and finally managed to install itunes successfully. Below is what happened with me.
I have Windows7 64 bit. I downloaded itunes 10.6.3 for windows64bit and started the installation wizard by opening the downloaded file. At one stage I got the same error you have mentioned above. I started googling to find a solution and thats how I found your post. Anyway I went through lot of other posts that suggested lot of different things but I just wanted to try my own thing first.
So what I did is to go through with the wizard by clicking ok on the error. I then got an error about apple mobile device service not running. I ignored and went ahead with the installation. Installation finished but the itunes wont start giving the service not running error. I tried to manually start the service but it gave a privilege error.
I then went to control panel and uninstalled itunes, apple mobile device thing and bonjour..basically what ever was from apple. Then I also went to start -> run -> regedit and checked for any registry keys for apple under local user and local computer. Deleted if found. Restarted and then just right clicked on the itunes setup file that was downloaded and ran it as administrator. That did it for me. So I am guessing it was privilege thing but not sure. Hope this helps. -
Hi I am wondering if anyone can help me. I have two albums in my photos app other than the camera roll that i cant seem to get rid of. They contain duplicates of the photos i already have in my camera roll. One is called Photo Library, and the other is called iphone. It's using alot of space and I don't know how to delete them. Please HELP!!
those are photos that have been synced to your phone from your computer. plug in your phone to your computer, open itunes, select 'photos' tab from the top, and uncheck 'sync photos'
this will erase the photos from your phone that are not in the camera roll -

junked old macbook for a new one. changed apple id password from a different mac. i want to login and it asks for name and password. no matter what i type i cant seem to login. why cant i just enter my apple id and password. or is there a way to change whatever name and password are on the new one from another mac so i can login. anything helps...thanks
Just open System Preferences>Users & Groups and unlock the preference pane with your root password.
Set the New Account to be an Administrator and fill in the rest of the data and then click "Create User".
I would suggest using this user to be YOU with admin capabilities. I wouldn't use the root user - too much damage could occur if you're not sure what you're doing. If you have files, etc., that you want to move to this account, simply but them in the Shared folder - or if you 'rescued' some old files and the like from your 'trashed' MBP, you can put them in your NEW admin account folders.

Every time I open lightroom I get a pop up message saying "Lightroom encountered an error when reading from its preview cache and needs to quit" and it closes. Ive already tried reinstalling, nothing seems to work. Help please!
Open the folder containing your catalog. In that folder you will find another folder with the extension .lrdata, and you need to delete that folder. After you do that, Lightroom should start normally and will create a new preview cache.

Hi all, I've recently updated my ipod touch to the ios 6 and now i cant seem to use it with my itunes
whenever i connect my ipod to itunes, a notification saying that i need a newer version of itunes. However, when i check itunes for software updates, it seems i have the current version of itunes
I am at a lost of what to do as i can no longer sync my ipod touch with my itunes.
