Just updated to itunes 12.1.0.71 - big problem - can no longer access the legacy "Get Info" where you could change multiple files, easily add artwork, add album name for TV show, and much more. In previous iTunes 12 you'd right click and hold shift key and be able to get to it. Anyone figured this out?
The "legacy" metadata editors, for which there was a "back door" in iTunes 12.0, have gone from 12.1. However, the revised editors in 12.1 provide access to (almost) all the metadata elements that were available in iTunes 11, albeit in a different layout and with some additional constraints based on media kind. Some users have / will have an issue with the statement that "Get Info has been completely redesigned in iTunes 12 to focus your attention only on what’s necessary for the selected item" since that removes some metadata elements that people may have been using in creative ways. iTunes 12.1 basically gives you access to the fields that Apple think are necessary ... . Some of the things that have been excluded by this rule:
track and disc number fields for video media kinds
show and episode fields for music
description tab for audiobooks made up of more than one file
Obviously the first two examples can be regarded as "overloading" the metadata elements - i.e., using them in ways that the designers didn't intend - but given that some users do find valid cases for this it's a shame that they've been deprecated in the new UI. There are couple of workarounds:
in songs view (or any of the other columnar views), you can still select any fields to display, independent of media kind, and these can be edited (though only one at a time) by double-clicking in the relevant "cell"
you can (temporarily) change the media kind of an item (or group of items) to get access to metadata elements that would otherwise be inaccessible.
It may be worth submitting an issue via https://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html - I can't see it as a huge development task to have a user preference to switch between "show all fields" and "filter fields based on media kind".
One other oddity/irritation is that some of the tabs don't, by default, show all the available fields - you need to scroll up/down to access them or to expand the window by dragging on one of its corners. Fortunately, the latter seems to be persistent - once you've done this to make all the fields visible the editor will open at the same (larger) size when opened again. -

I was looking through itunes Help and asw where you could create a new a new library. I did but cannot see or find my old library.

Updating Tag Name using Adobe Professional for PDF form created with Tags in Adobe Livecycl Designer
I have created a form using Adobe Livecycle Designer. These PDF forms have Tags on them when created and generted from Adobe livecycle designer.
I am able to open the PDF form in the Adobe Profesional 9.0.
I want to edit / Update the Tags on the PDF form using Adobe Professional 9.0. I am not seeing any option to view the Tags on the forms so that I can edit it while I have open the PDF in the Adobe Professional. The PDF document was created in Adobe Livecycle Designer 9.0
Please let me know how can I edit the Tags on a PDF form using Adobe Professional for a Form that was created using Adobe livecycle and tags added.

Thank you so much for being so kind to spend the effort and reply back, I though my question was left behind the sun... but now I am very happy in deed.
To be more specific, the Form has 2 parts. The first part "Subform1" any one can fill and sign.
The second part "Subform2", only certain users can fill and sign.
I think I found a very strong lead to my solution, when I was playing with LiveCycle Desinger few days ago.
On the Singature Field Advanced Setting, there is a place you can attach the public part of a certificate (Digital Signature) of any user, one or more.
In this part, you tell LC that only those users "signing parties" can sign the field. I tested it and it worked.
Now, if I can use this feature via JavaScript to find out if the user who is filling the form, can sign this field, then he can fill the form. If he cannot sign the field, then he cannot fill the form. I can do that by setting the "access" property of the Subform. Another solution is that I can prevent the user from hitting the "Submit" button unless he signes the designated Signature Field.
I have another small issue:
I found out that if the Signature field is part of a repeating dynamic Subform, it will not work during run-time. Very bad in deed. While I cannot understand why ?, I tool this as "By Desing" feature.
Now, if the Signature is locking parts of forms which has dynamic content (repeating subforms), it will always show somthing like "Signature is corrupted or form was changed after it was signed".
Is this normal ? Is there a way to control Dynamic Forms using Digital Signatures without such annoying issues ?

You can check your default PDF handler by opening Acrobat / Reader --> edit --> preferences --> General --> Select Default PDF Handler
You can repair the application by clicking on Help--> Repair

If you could change any part of Christmas?
Christmas Salutations fellow members!
Generally every Christmas I start to hear the usual moans and groans about the Xmas experience. Normally this centres around the commercialism of the whole affair, the lack of snow or standard grips about the traffic/busy high streets.
Whilst I am not immune to this myself I got to wondering if you could change any aspect of Christmas, what would it be?
Last Halloween I seen the introduction of Halloween tinsel... Yes black and orange tinsel with wee skulls on it. This has been instantly replaced with the glittery xmas version. I must say that this has soured my notion of the decorations and it all seems a bit too programmed now.
My major gripe is the cooperate control over the holiday season. It would be nice to revert to the days of Dickens and move to goodwill toward men idea which seems to have fallen by the wayside a little. It almost to be more of an opportunity at excess now which I feel takes away from everything.
So the question stands, if anyone else could change anything, would you? And if not, why not?

My comment was lighthearted, a dig really not so much at the events themselves but at the way they've become rote. Take Christmas cards. Nothing wrong with sending some personal greetings to your nearest and dearest, but the whole business has been hijacked by a kind of competition to see who has the biggest list. So many people now maintain a computerised list so that they can print off dozens of labels each year to be stuck on envelopes containing 5p cards inscribed impersonally with just the sender's signature. The only real input is a bit of list trimming to take account of who sent them a card this year or not. It's not friendship, it's nonsense.
I do send a small number of cards to particular friends and relatives; any others bearing my name are the work of Mrs PP. It was encouraging this year to note (and others have said the same) that our cards didn't stretch so far round the wall this year. Obviously the price of postage has put us beyond the reach of some acquaintances.

Your basic panel must have been accidentally deselected.
Simply right-click on one of the other panels e.g. Tone Curve and choose basic again - see image below.
You can also select solo mode, if you prefer to work in one panel at a time with the others collapsing automatically when you click on another tab. -

Under what circumstances does mail "not leave the mails on the server"?
If you mean that you delete them (or move them out of the inbox) on one device and then find them not in the inbox on the server when you look from another device, that's how IMAP is supposed to work. (Note that the deletion or moving might be the result of rules you have set up in Mail.)
If you mean something else, please explain your issue in more detail. -
How to cross link/sync cells, where you can change either
Simple setup: I have a table with 2 columns:
Column A shows prices in EUR, column B shows prices in USD. How can I cross link/sync both cells, where you can change either?
So if I would change the EUR price (cell A1), it would update the USD price (cell B1). But it should also be possible to change the USD price (cell B1), and then the EUR price (cell A1) would update.Here is a simple set of formulas
Column B = where you enter the cost in Euros or dollars. Cells formatted as automatic. When entering dollars, precede it with a dollar sign. When entering Euros, leave off the dollar sign or use the Euro symbol.
Column C = the conversion rate EUR/USD. I used the entire column for this but you could refer to a single cell that has the conversion rate.
Column D = formatted as US Dollars =IF(LEFT(B,1)="$",B,B/C)
Column E = formatted as Euros =IF(LEFT(B,1)="$",B*C,B) -

I remember an older version of firefox where you could have a custom homepage. In this homepage, you could add different websites to it and they would show up in a picture. When you click on one, it takes you to that website. You could even change the color and background and everything. I tried downloading other versions of firefox but I still couldn't find it. What happened to it?
Most likely it was an add-on you were using. For example, there is one named [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/speed-dial/ Speed Dial] that sounds somewhat similar. If you look around the add-ons site, can you find it, or one like it?
