Hi, I have a 2007 Macbook Pro and my battery won't charge.

Question

Here is the info on my battery, do I need to buy a new battery or is there something else wrong with my computer?  I really can't afford to bring my power cord everywhere or buy a new computer right now.  This is the only problem I'm experiencing with my computer
