I think your going to need someone there to help you with your issue so you can show them what your problem is and they can tinker with things to get it to work again.

it has been a while since we have last spoke, I would like to let you know, I am still working on getting used to the switch from windows to a Mac/Apple system. I do have a new question for you, I did purchase In Design CS5.5 through journeyed.com through Cuyahoga Community College of which I attend as a student, is there a way to purchase an online book through iTunes to learn that as well? Also, you know me, the struggling student, I would also, when and if the book can be purchased through the iTunes, would need to know if you do know of a much easier book for struggling students like myself and at a reasonable price as well for the In Design CS5.5 program. Our campus bookstore had closed early, and, so did the colleges library and our local library here where I do live, so, I cannot go to either place to purchase a book or to take out a book, plus cash funds are low at this moment as well but, I do have money left on the iTunes account to use, if it can be used. So, can it be used, the iTunes money, towards finding a low priced online book? I am in great need of assistance as I have a project due for my one course for this Tuesday, September 4, 2012.

I usually can eventually access the router, but it is way to much trouble. However, I use my iPad hundreds of times more often than my laptop.

Are you typing http:// in front of the IP address of the router? e.g. http://192.168.0.1

Thats the ugliest code I've seen in a while and may be hampering your abilities to debug it. No offense - you have to start somewhere - think of it as somewhat constructive criticism.
However, I cannot find any place where this is happening. Its happening on line 193.
Also, this only happens when you try to move certain pieces to certain squaresThat might be a clue. Try printing out the indexes before line 193 and see what happens. Maybe use a debugger to step through your code.

I was able to copy down the Word, Excel and PowerPoint icons and access "however" when I exit out of the guest user it deletes them from the tool tray at the bottom.... I need them to stay there not have to copy them down..

Other people have also posted about being asked their questions despite it not being the first purchase on the computer or device.
Have you set the questions/answers in the past ?
If you have and you know their answers then you should be able to answer them and make the purchase.
If you can't remember them and you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

The music you just downloaded tonight to your new computer is safe. The music you purchased on your phone is safe. You shouldn't feel gutted. It has always been the user's responsibility to back up and protect downloaded music. If you didn't have a backup of your computer before it started acting funny, that's your fault. The "s" in "https" indicates the site is a secure server--usually a site that will require a password. Connections to secure servers can be blocked by parental controls. Are you using any parental controls, either through OSX's settings (in System Preferences) or third party parental control software (such as Netnanny)? If so, check the settings to make sure they will allow the connection.
