I have a problem with my itunes. I cannot transfer apps from the itunes to my iphone 4s. Any time I try to snyc itunes tells me "The iphone could not be synced because this computer is no longer authorized for purchased items that are on this iphone. I have a problem with the iTunes Store, I have an ipod and an iphone 2. I have a PC with Windows Vista Home Premium 2007, entering into iTunes Store on the main screen I get only AppStore, Podcast and iTunes U. In my screen I get only ipad2 Podcast, iTunes U Downloads. My problem is I can not access any application to download music, videos, books, etc..
ITunes will be installed wrong or what should I do to activate these options?Go to the front page of the Store, and click Change Country. Make sure it is set to the country where you actually are.
Then you will be able to see everything that is for sale in your country, which, depending where you live, might or might not include music. -

discussions may sometimes be slow for an hour or so (at which point the opening page of discussions will eventually apologize for the inconvenience, back on line soon...) but your description looks like a cache problem.
Try OnyX freeware to do some cleanup and see if that helps.

ThxYou don't say what the problem is with your card. If your card will not accept the charges, perhaps it is maxed out or suspended, then it would not be acceptable to Apple. I am pretty sure that Apple would clear cards and credit levels before accepting an account with you.
I also believe Apple does not take PayPal.
If the first situation is close to yours then you will have to find an alternate means of setting up an account. -

You will have to deauthorize all and then reauthorize specific computers. Changing your motherboard has apparently made iTunes think you have a different machine.
