Hi, I have Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year, prepaid). I installed Photoshop CC but now I am getting a Trial Expired message and am asked to provide the serial number.

Vincas+Alesius this is due to the a connection error between the computer and our activation servers.  You will want to try the suggestions offered by Mylenium in message #1.  The most common cause of this issue is the host files.   If you have any specific questions about the steps listed you are welcome to post them to this discussion.

  • I have creative cloud photography plan, but cannot update to Lightroom CC

    When i opened Lightroom (part of my CC photography plan) it said to update to Lightroom CC by clicking the adobe app manager thing on the upper bar of my computer (Mac) and clicking "install" next to Lightroom CC. however, next to Lightroom CC it says "try". not install.
    i have had problems in the past where that adobe manager app would say that i didn't have Lightroom installed and it would have a button saying "install" even though i already had it installed. this may be similar to that problem.
    Anyway, how do i make it say install, instead of trying to give me a trial.

    i just clicked try to see what it will do. right now its installing, i will let you know what it says in a minute.
    thank you for your help. i have had no luck with adobe support. its taken about 1hr to get someone on chat, and when got someone i accidentally went back a webpage and lost it. now i waited another hour and got someone and when i tried to sent the support guy the photo on this post i lost that conversation. so now I'm on my third hour and third try to not lose someone at adobe support. but thanks for helping, please keep in touch.

    Its settled now, and i already charged double for same software.
    I call the customer support, send them a message many times, and my request status is WITHDRAWN because
    "Your support case was cancelled because we did not receive a response
    from you"
    How come you guys cant solve this kind of problem?

    Hello everyone,
    I bought Creative Cloud Photography Plan for a year and paid for it. I use a mac so i downloaded Creative Cloud app for Mac.
    Donwloaded Photoshop CC and Lightrom 5 (Which are included in Creative Cloud Photography Plan) but i can only run them in trial mode.
    Don't Creative Cloud Photography Plan include to rights to use this programs or do i have to buy licences for them anyway?
    Because i didn't think that i am going to need the licenses, i thought that just the Creative Cloud Photography Plan is enough to use them.
    Does anybody know anything about that?
