Hi, I have problemas with downloading my product. Many times I try and always ask me to buy again. the page is not working or what
I cannot download the program, I boght it three times but is always the same, when I try to download does not do anything. I could do it whit photoshop but not working in ligthroom

If your purchase has gone through then you should have received an e-mail with your serial number. You can use it to activate the trial version. When the trial screen appears, simply indicate that you have a serial number. If you still have problems downloading, try using a different web browser.

does it say not installed or does it say "download" in app store purchases?
if it say's download, then it's there for future use if you need to download it again.

Everytime I go abroad I have problems with my contacts, some people send me messages and I dont receive them. I sent them messages and they are not received either. Their phones and mine show them as sent, but they are never received. Sometimes the text messages sent to arrive in my email about three weeks later. Any ideas how I can resolve this and get back to messaging my friends as normal?
Thanks TBasic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

How do i fixed my problem with my ipad apps every time i open that apps it takes 10min. to play the games ant its getting LOST MODE and the ipad system is crashing
We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
Have you tried closing all apps via the iPad's multitasking bar and then doing a soft-reset and seeing that helps ? To close all apps :
iOS 7: double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag each app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
iOS 6 and below : from the home screen (i.e. not with any app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of each app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
Soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
I am having trouble with my iPad, i can start it, but the iPad does not work. i tried to use the power and home button at the same time, the apple logo appears, but the iPad does not work. What am I suppose to do?
After the Apple logo appears, what happens then? Can you hear any sounds or if you tap on the screen, does it seem like apps can open or are you just seeing a black screen? You might have a hardware problem, but you can try restoring the software and see what happens.
Read this in its entirety before you do anything. Make sure you read the sections at the end about using recovery mode.

I went to my device manager on my Windows 7 PC and found the Bonjour service in my Services and Applications section. I set it to manual and BANG iTunes started working like it's supposed to.

I have no idea what may have caused your MacBook to stop working, but from your description it kind of sounds like it may have started before you ran Software Update and installed the new Apps. Just the general slow feeling and bugginess is what tips me off. You said that you weren't sure if you had closed all open windows, that doesn't matter if the computer restarts itself. It automatically closes all other open applications when restarting.
As to your data being retrievable, if when you take it in they do a fresh install of the OS, then no, it will not be unless you want to pay several thousand dollars to a software retrieval company.
I am glad to hear that you have taken into the Apple Store to get it fixed, and that you have all of your purchased music backed up to your iPod. You should be able to just transfer it all back to iTunes once you get your computer back should it be necessary.
As a side note, the proper place for this topic would probably in the MacBook forums, not iTunes since there is no evidence that iTunes started the issue. -

What sort of service problems are you having exactly? Has this happened after you updated to IOS6? Have you tried erasing and reinstalling? Where was your back up?
