Hi, I have the new iPad and it's been working absolutely fine for me up until now, I have made no updates and now every time I open a Internet worthy app it keeps telling me to 'reconnect' to the Internet and I am already connected with 3 bars ?
when I open safari it works and instagram, but I'm not getting any notifications through and my twitter isn't working either,
Help would be greatly appreciated x
Maybe try resetting network settings in settings, general, reset.

When you deleted your parents credit information did you select None?

I am using Numbers app for the ipad and it has been working absolutely fine but now, when I want to email a spreadsheet as a PDF via the 'share and print' option, the file now doesn't appear as an attachment to the recipient. Any ideas please?

Restoring your iPod to factory settings is the best way to try and get it back to working order. You can use the instructions below to restore it:
How to restore iPod
Verify that you have an active Internet connection, because you may need to download new versions of the iTunes and iPod Software.
Download and install the latest version of iTunes if necessary.
Open iTunes. Connect your iPod to your computer using the USB or FireWire cable that came with your iPod.
After a few moments, your iPod will appear in the Source panel in iTunes.
Select your iPod in the Source panel. You will see information about your iPod appear in the Summary tab of the main iTunes window.
Click Restore.
If you are using a Mac, you will be asked to enter an administrator’s name and password.
A progress bar will appear on the computer screen, indicating that stage one of the restore process has begun. When this stage is done, iTunes will present one of two messages with instructions specific to the iPod model you are restoring.
Disconnect iPod and connect it to iPod Power Adapter (typically applies to older iPod models).
Leave iPod connected to computer to complete restore (typically applies newer iPod models).
During stage two of the restore process, the iPod displays an Apple logo as well as a progress bar at the bottom of the display. It is critical that the iPod remain connected to the computer or iPod power adapter during this stage.
Note: The progress bar may be difficult to see, because the backlight on the iPod display may be off.
After stage two of the restore process is complete, the iTunes Setup Assistant window will appear. It will ask you to name your iPod and choose your syncing preferences, as it did when you connected your iPod for the first time.

Why can I not download apps on my iPod? I had to erase the memory now it keeps saying I have to agree to new terms and policies but it won't download that will just keep popping up.Why won't my iPod let me download anything? Iv downloaded the 0845 wizard from the App Store. Registered my details and it has been working. But for some reason it won't let me log in and keep saying failed every time I try to use it. Iv deleted and re-downloaded the app and it still says the same?
I would say to start by looking on their web site... unfortunately, that appears to be dead.
Based on the horrible ratings on the App Store (1 star for the current version), I'm not surprised it doesn't work well. -
I can't sign into iMessages. My apple ID works absolutely fine for FaceTime App store etc, but keeps telling me "An error occurred ant to try again" when I try to sign in to iMessages. Very frustrating. I've double checked all the settings but still can't sign in. Any sugestions?
Try this - sign out of your Apple ID and reboot the iPad, then try all over again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
After the iPad starts up, go back to the settings for Messages and FaceTime and your Apple ID, and sign into all three again.

I have my Calendar app syncing with iCloud. Every time I open it it says, "Moving Calendars to Server Account..." It runs and runs and does not stop. As a result, I cannot access my calendars. Please help.
I have the same problem, I tried the solution of Dr Cox but that didn't work as he said go to system preference then mail, contacts etc. but I don't have that. Can someone help?

If you have iTunes 11 on a Windows system, press Control-B to show the menus.

I have just had a replacement iPad as the camera stopped working.
Now the new iPad won't receive FaceTime calls at my aol.com email.
If I try to add it as a FaceTime address it just says email address already in use.
I guess it is still linked to the old iPad in some way

Since the latest "update" Firefox crashes every time I open it
Since the latest Firefox update, the browser crashes every time I open it. Sometimes I get the "this is embarrasing screen" which asks to restore or start a new session. Either one has the same results - another crash.

Trying to take photos during Christmas Eve service and the whole thing just shuts down over and over. It's fully-charged, I keep minimal apps on it, and have followed all battery-saving techniques ever since upgrading to ios7. This is pretty important -- we have no other cameras in our home and now we have no way to take pictures Christmas Morning!!!
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

Each and every email I open in Outlook creates a firefox download file which I have to cancel as it leads nowhere as I have tried to follow it and see if it leads anywhere.
I have tried chat and sat on chat for 45 minutes, then get disconnected. Before removing Firefox and going back to Explorer which I hate I wanted to see if this can be solved, only started with 3.6 and I upgraded to 4.0 and problem is still thereI had the same problem. The fix is to go Oulook. Under "View" turn off "People Pane". That's all it takes problem went away.

An iPad 1 can only be updated to iOS 5.1.1.
If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.
Tip - If connected to your computer, you may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update.

PaulIpad3 will not work with the UK 4G network. It will drop down to 3.5G.
If you want to use 4G in the UK, you have to buy iPhone 5 GSM version, which will use the 1800MHZ LTE band.
