Hi, i just bought my iphone 64 gb and it wont give me push notifications from any of the apps like facebook, twitter etc. i have checked all the settings for the phone and the apps and have evdn tried restoring my phone but this problem wont go.

I used to have a 4s 16 gb before which was perfectly allright. Csn some one help please ?

I had this problem too. What I did was go to notifications on settings and turn everything on. If that doesn't work, go on the apps and then try their settings. Hope this helps

In the iPhoto preferences ==> accounts delete the account and re-enter it - sometimes that resolves this
Or IMHO the best long term solution is to set Apple Mail as the iPhoto e-mail client in the iPhoto preferences and use it - it has a number of advatages and has fewer problems

I saw one interesting solution to set a gmail account like as it is a "Microsoft Exchages" account... Maybe you can try to do the similiar with your Telus account? (I'm not sure about the result, but still you can try it))))

Its frustrating. I also have this problem with Dropbox, a great service but they dont have a 'delete cache' button. Dropbox told me to log out and back in again but nothing. If i delete the Dropbox app (And Facebook app and Twitter) and then re-install its back to its original size
If you go into settings/general/usage and see all the apps, press the app for Twitter (Or Facebook) and you'll see how much extra the app is keeping under 'Documents & Data'
Delete those apps and re-install and the documents and data will be 0 and the app back to normal.
Its frustrating as some of these apps can get huge, after viewing a video my facebook app went up to 450 meg ! Same for twitter. I tend to use 'Twiterrific' as the app size doesnt get silly unlike the official Twitter app

After wiping it, you need to re-activate it. If it is carrier locked, you will need to activate it on the network it is locked to.

Does this problem occur nonstop on all sites, or only on particular sites? If you see it all the time, it might be a feature of one of your add-ons. I've looked at the Microsoft support info and it doesn't reveal anything new. I looked up the eM Client software and have decided to give it a try. I've been using Thunderbird and Gmail for years, but the issue of keeping contacts in snyc accross platforms led me to try Outlook as supposedly compatable with iCloud. Thanks for eM Client tip. It seems to work well and I'll be testing it for the next few weeks. While I'd still like to be able to solve the issue with Outlook (I'm not used to being defeated by software), I've got plenty of other things to keep me busy and a working solution is the priority here.

Because that would mean that I would have to delete my apps after everytime I just them from that bar and that would be very annoying and just stupid. Every website I try to go to (such as Facebook, Twitter, etc that are safe) is saying that the website is unsafe and that I must accept the certificate).

Yesterday my Firefox seemed to spasm and I believe I had a virus (every time I hit the "home" button which is google.com for me, it would send me to this weird site that I knew wasn't safe). I uninstalled and re-installed Firefox and ran virus scanners but nothing was found. After restarting Firefox, every website that I try to go to is giving me an unsafe error and that I must give each site a security exception, even for safe sites like Facebook, Twitter, etc. Once I did get on Facebook, everything is in HTML format and I can't use it at all I tried restarting/uninstalling/resetting Firefox again but to no avail. Hopefully you can figure something out as I love Firefox but it's very frustrating that I can't use it and that this is happening. I also use Avast! Anti-security but I'm fairly certain that is having no effect on this problem. As I said I've also ran malware and virus scanners but nothing came up harmful.

If your home page is has been changed, and you don't have any suspicious extensions:
* Tools (or [[Image: New Fx Menu]]) > Add-ons > Extensions
You can use the [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/searchreset/ Search Reset Tool] to reset your home page, new tab page, and search bar back to default. The extension then uninstalls itself once these preferences are reset.
