Hi i just got my new ipad today and it was on i don't why but its new and when i plug it into my computer at the top of the ipad says not charging how can i make it charge?

That is perfectly normal with the new iPad. Your USB port does not supply enough power to charge the iPad. This is copied from Apple's web site about the iPad battery.
Charging Tips
The quickest way to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter. When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge, but only when it's in sleep mode. Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.

When I am connected to my home wifi, it says I am connected but the 4G icon doesn't go away. How can I make that go away when I am connected?
When I'm at my home, and on my Wifi, my 4G icon on my LG G2 is still present. No big deal. If the bits can flow via WiFi, that's what they'll do.
You might try (if you really MUST shut off the cellular radio):
Settings, Network Connections and More networks. Select Mobile Networks and uncheck Mobile data and data roaming.

Since Mac OS X doesn't have any preferences, you have to use Applescript or another technique. When I first got my iphone i plugged it into my friends computer and added songs from their itunes. Now when i plug it into my computer it will not connect or show up in the sidebar in itunes. I have already tried factory resetting the phone and 'authorizing this computer' in itunes. Can anyone help?

I just updated my iTunes, and I need to delete photos from my iPod 4, and there is a Photo Library that synced to my iPod when i plugged it into my computer, and now it doesnt have the option to delete them off my iPod. How do I get rid of these photos? I have read other questions that say to plug the iPod into the computer and like un-sync it, but I downloaded the new iTunes and it doesnt have a photos tab. After I've heard an audiobook downloaded from the public library, how do I delete it from the Shuffle to make room for other audiobooks? When I plug it into my computer, I get a screen showing how much space is left on the Shuffle but no list of files that I can delete. These books, incidentally do not appear in the ITunes screen. WRA
Select the iPod shuffle in the iTunes sidebar (under DEVICES). If this is a current 4th (or 3rd) gen iPod shuffle, you should be able to see the contents of the shuffle by type, intented under the shuffle's name (still in the sidebar). Select Music or Audiobooks (not sure where those items from the library will be listed). The items will be listed to the right, for each category. Find the items, select, and delete.

NOTE: If this is an 1st or 2nd gen iPod shuffle, select the iPod shuffle in the iTunes sidebar (under DEVICES). Over to the right, go to the Contents tab, where the items are listed. Select and delete them from this list.
I find it more convenient to make a playlist in iTunes with things I want to put on the shuffle. I then set up automatic syncing (or use autofill) to have iTunes load the shuffle from that playlist, automatically. -
I just updated my iTunes to the new software. When I plugged it into my computer and it said I need to reset my iPod. I did this and everything on my iPod deleted. Now, it won't let me sync my music or apps back onto my iPod. What do I do?
It doesn't say anything. It runs through the sync process like normal and tells me all of the songs that it's synking. But then when it says I can disconnect it, nothing actually synked.

Any photos in your camera roll, not previously imported to your computer, you will lose. You should be regularly importing these photos, as the iPhone's camera roll is not designed as a storage device.
Had you been regularly syncing/backing up, you wouldn't lose anything. Now you know, don't backup your data, and you will eventually lose it all, guaranteed. -

So yeah...last night I was checking out my iPod (bored at the in-laws) and all of a sudden the screen went blank and the only thing I can get it to do is have the black screen w/ the white apple logo on it. It won't turn on, doesn't give the the option to power down, it won't charge, AND it's NOT being recognized when I plug it into my computer. Not by iTunes OR my computer. I've tried holding down the top button and the home button at the same time...nothing. And since it's not being recognized on my computer, I cannot restart it or go back to factory settings. Someone please help! I've had it for 18 months so the warranty is no longer valid and I don't know how to fix it. THANK YOU in advance!
- I would try placing the iPod in recovery mode and then see if iTunes will see the iPod. try both with the iPod not connected to the computer and with it connect. For recovery mode see:
