Hi I'm getting a messge on serial number saying "we are unable to validate your production premuim"

Hi Due the install window of my production premium it asks for my serial number when i type my serial number in the 5 bars then i get a message saying " we are unable to validate your production premium"

    I purchased an acrobat upgrade for my Mac OS 10.7.3. I have the CS4 version and now I wanted Acrobat 10. Entered the first serial number no problem, the second serial number won't allow me to register the product. Even after a reinstall of Acrobat 9 just to verify the serial number was correct. Is there a stand-alone serial number that I am unaware of? I can't find it in the CS4 Design Premium collection packaging...
    Gautham K, You make it sound like it's a one or the other when entering the old serial number. On my system you have a dropdown to choose the current version you have currently installed on your machine and then the serial. The "next" button stays greyed out.
    Additionally adobe "call back" and "schedule call back" pages are down on the web site currently.

    I have run PremierePro_6_LS7.exe and, having specified load with serial number, reached the point of entering the serial number.
    "We are unable to validate this serial number for Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 Family."
    I have checked my account and the license is on file.
    The serial number is 24 digits in 6 groups of  4 characters.
    Please provide an answer to this.
    I've been using Adobe Premiere since 2006 and currently have CS5.5.
    This is the first time I have had problems trying to download and set up a version.
    It has taken most of the day so far!

    The Serial number appears to have been accepted.since Encode now starts up without a license message.

    The list of products on the drop down list that comes with this message includes Adobe Acrobat XI Standard and Adobe Acrobat X Pro Macintosh, but doesn't include Adobe Pro XI for Windows. Selecting either of those, and using my serial number, fails, of course. As a result, I can't run my newly purchased program, or access any PDFs.
    Please tell me what to do.

    Chuck you have placed Order for Acrobat Upgrade if you don't have any previous version of Acrobat than you need to cancel this order and need to buy a full version.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I eventually got in touch with Adobe Technical Support and it turned out that my Adobe Application Manager was not the latest version. They downloaded the latest version and installed it and that seemed to solve the problem. I was able to install my CS6 Creative Suite and validate the serial number. All seems to be going well at the moment.

    When you purchased it from Amazon, did you purchase it from Amazon or through a reseller selling the software through Amazon. If you purchased it from a reseller, than you may have purchased pirated goods. Contact Amazon, they will refund your money then purchase the product through the Adobe store so you can be sure you are getting non-pirated goods.

    We try to upgrade a mac (OS X 10.6.8) version of Acrobat Pro 9 to Acrobat X Pro.
    When installing Acrobat Pro X - i get next annoucement: The serial number you entered is valid, but a qualifying product cannot be found on this computer.
    And install is asking next: select a product (there is only: Adobe Acrobat 7 Standard Macintosh).
    What to do next???

    I bought the CS6 Design Standard student and teacher edition over amazon. I activated the product on my adobe account and got a serial number. But when I install the package and enter the serial number I a message saying "We are unable to validate this serial number for Creative Suit 6 Design Standard. Please contact Customer Support."
    Does anyone know what is up with this? I am sure that the problem isn't anything along the lines of making mistakes when typing in the serial (tried it multiple times, used copy paste to reduce chance of error). It's also not any problem with me lacking an internet connection adobe to validate the serial.

I have it installed now on just one computer only. It was installed also on a computer and a laptop. The laptop crashed and couldn't restart anymore. I had to through it away. After that I installed on another computer at a place where I work sometimes with photoshop. Then suddenly I got message at my computer home that the serialnumber is invalid. I installed for the time an try out version, and now I have deleted the version that I had on the computer but when i want to reinstall my legal bought version with the serial number that i mention there, I get again the message that my serial number is invalid. But now it is only installed on 1 other computer. If I check the sites, I have to contact Adobe but I don't know how. The link does not work and I cannot find any phonenumber.!!

    I contacted Adobe support Chat and they confirmed the serial number and gave me a response code number to enter. Once that was entered the product downloaded immediately. The whole process took 10 minutes.  Thank you for your response. I'm all good now.
