Hi - I'm getting the following message when I try to set up FaceTime - why might that be:

Unable to verify “my email address” because it is already in use by another Apple ID

Read the manual (available online) for details how to access the router.
The default password is "admin". No user name required. If you have changed the password and you don't remember, reset the router to factory defaults as described in the manual. You'll have to reconfigure the router from scratch then.
There is no other way to retrieve the password (at least without opening the box). Either you know the password or you have to reset.
