Hi I'm having trouble downloading Adobe Creative Suite 6 teacher student addition on my mac i have downloaded it and i received a redemption coad and a serial number but when i entered the serial number it says its invalid... Please help!

i know extremely frustrating that there is no one to contact!
i got my friend to help not sure if your having the same problem but i had to download stuffit expander from the app store to expand the zip files that you initially download you should be able to open them and enter serial number from there
don't know if that helps theres no where that tells you how to do that so its extremely frustrating..

If you registered the older version of the software you might be able to find the serial number in your Adobe account online under My Products.

There are no 3rd gen 8GB models. They did not make them.

Your caption says "I have my original serial number" , so do you mean to say the original for PSE11? If so then it won't work in PSE12. You need to enter the serial number you got in the email when you bought the upgrade from Adobe as download. Did you get the email from Adobe about this and have you kept it in your inbox or somewhere safe?

I need to reinstall my Acrobat 9. Have a disc and serial number, but when I enter the number I am told it is not a valid serial number. Checked my registration for CS 5 and that is the number. Now what?

If it's a CS5 number you need to install with your Creative Suite disks, NOT an Acrobat download.

Is your CS4 serial number registered to same adobe id with which you are trying to place the order?
This offer is not available to Education, OEM, or volume licensing customers.
