You need a payment method associated with the country you are in. I would purchases an iTunes Gift card in the USA and use that as your payment method and then delete the card from the account. You may also have the change the addess in your iTunes aaccount t a USA account.

My best advice is to hold off on creating the iTunes store account until you have an iTunes gift card to redeem.
If you can talk a family member or friend into assisting you with accout set up [and to use their credit card]...
The card can be removed as soon as it is verified by iTunes Store.
Just sign back into your iTunes store account
click on 'Edit Payment Info'
then selecting 'NONE' as the payment type
Be sure to click 'DONE' before closing the window or the CC info will stay on file.

The other people that you know may have larger memories than your device - you may have an 8Gig and they may have a 16Gig or 32Gig - they look the same, except for a little marking on the back that tells what the memory capacity is (oh, and the price tag when it was bought! LOL)

You can't, to be able to redeem that card and then buy from the Canadian store you will need to be in Canada with a valid Canadian billing address on your iTunes account. Do you know anybody in Canada that you could sell or give the card to ?

You need to be in a country to buy from its store, so whilst you are in Switzerland you can only use the Swiss store - you will need to be in Spain to use the Spanish store.
On each film's description page in the store there should be a list of the language(s) and/or subtitles that it has on it e.g. here in the UK one of the new releases, Svengali, has listed on its description page :
If there is a particular film that you would like to buy in a particular language that is not currently available in the Swiss store then you can try requesting that it be added, but unless the Swiss rights-holder for the film agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html
All iTunes gift cards are country-specific, so you will only be able to redeem and use the Spanish gift card when you are in Spain with a Spanish billing address on your account.
