You cannot delete the iCloud account that is signed on to Find My iPhone unless you know the password. This is called the Activation Lock:
ACTIVATION LOCK
It is an anti-theft security measure that is a part of iOS 7. You can only get around this by following the steps in this support article:
Find My iPhone Activation Lock: Removing a device from a previous owner’s account
Contact your friend. This is the only way around the lock.

If I use open from Photoshop it opens the file. If I drag and drop into photoshop(and there is nothing open in photoshop) is opens.

I actually had no clue what the core problem was caused by. So it's Windows itself...that helps some.
I'll resubmit there. It might actually have saved time for it to simply have been moved to there instead of off-topic, though I suppose you have to follow protocol.

My iPhone 5c will not respond to deactivation of iCloud and iTunes. It is my account on it but it doesn't take the password.

My iPhone 5c will not deactivate iCloud or iTunes. It is my personal account and I have the password but it keeps telling me to retry. I've checked my passwords on other devices and they all work on those. I've done a hard restart and have tried to restore it from my computer. Nothing works. Any help will be appreciated.

Could you give us more into - like, "will not back up", in what way? Do you get an error message? Does the device freeze up?

To clear cache and cookies do the following:

Since it says you have Mac OS X 10.7.4 in your profile information, it sounds like you have an Intel iMac, not a PowerPC iMac. Is that correct?
The procedure you describe is not exactly the right one for an Intel iMac. You should follow this procedure to reset SMC (power management)

When you do it, disconnect ALL peripheral devices from your computer, including your keyboard and mouse. Connect the power cord only, and power it up that way, initially.
Also, check the vents along the bottom edge of the iMac. If they are clogged with dusk, it can block proper airflow, which can cause overheating, which can cause the fans to run high. If the fans runs high immediately after starting up the iMac (when it is cold), this would not be the cause.

After many hour I finished.. I don't remember what I did but after that I don' have the project inside the program but only in the folder.
From that position I have myproject.rcproject but if I clic it dosn't open in iMovie..

Were you working with iMovie 9 or 10 when you had the crash?
It sounds like you were in iMovie 10 trying to update your iMovie 9 projects into iMovie 10.
If you were working in iMovie 10, see if you can still see everything with iMovie 9.0.9 (the 2 versions have completely different media file structures).
If you were in iMovie 9 it sounds as if the .rcproject package may have got corrupted. You can look inside the package in Finder with the "show package contants" contextual menu but I would not know how to repair it manually.
Do you have a backup or are you running time machine? With a backup you should be able to replace the offending package with a working version.
