Hi I have paid for Micro soft 365 that hasn't worked. Havering phoned them I was told that I need to get a refund from iTunes. How do you do that?

You need to see if there was a back up made on iTunes or iCloud when those pictures were on the phone then you can restore from back up to bring those photos back. Couldnt hurt to check photostream aswel if you did use it.
